$60.50 that a $2.50 off today's low. at overbought levels now?

1st buy for me at 121.5p (after it pulled back from 128p) then bought more as it fell. my last buy was at 115.75p v.close to days low. i didn't think it would do a full retrace from 128p..

i'm not sure what time in the morning 114.5p was hit but the SP was above 120p until late afternoon.

an attempt to bounce. resistance at WTI $50.00

FTSE 100 futures showing a near 1% gain. domestic FTSE 250 stocks likely to rise less i think? i'm thinking of buying something 1st thing in the morning but not sure what?!

just dipped under $59!! that big inventory build is not helping oil price today. my target is about $1 lower from here.

futures show FTSE 100 is up 0.7%. why would little Premier open up 5% with oil dropping? i just don't see it happening.

i just missed out buying back in at c. 41p. may see that price again before end of week.

i sold monday on the bouce up to 71p i think it was. but since then i've bought quite a few other oil stocks. oil explorers rather than producers like Premier and Tullow. i'll try to hold off until Friday before getting back in here. opec meeting next Thurs i think. its not a guarantee that opec will cut. if they do then that may indicate a weak demand outlook? i.e. global slowdown (mainly china).

i agree marineville. i tried to buy sub 34p this morning then it went into auction. its not looking good for SP if 36p can't be broken. a close at 35p or under would be bad chart wise. it opens the way down to the mid 20s!!

be careful. oil (WTI) in a minor bullish channel. it tested the upper this morning and now looks like it wants to test the lower at $50.45

all eyes on G20 meeting this weekend. oil inventory data just a side show.

Futures are up this evening after a strong(ish) close in the US.

market for crude open. price $51.60 still much the same where it closed a few hours ago. wheres the $2 rise??

oil price rise looks tepid. its on shaky legs IMO. its not following the stock indices (S&P 500) higher.

WTI $51.50, the rise appears to be loosing momentum. tomorrow's open may set the trend.

resistance broken but Olivia needs to hold the break. using a 4 hour rule that takes us to 6:30pm.. WTI is just 25c above support.

I did well trading VEC today using funds a got selling some PMO :) VEC - in at 67p, out with half at 73p then bought that half back at 68.6p just before the close. SP closed 69.65p. luckily i sold my small holding at 80p just a couple of weeks ago before todays RNS landed. VEC was #1 faller today. PMO #1 riser.
