What I will say to LSE posters and those of you on twitter that I have worked with a lot of investors and CEO's this way as a middle man. Please feel free to fire back questions and I will collate where I can and continue to help.

This has not been edited and has been approved for release out. I have asked for clarification on the main issues which hopefully should allow fair and honest voting and to quieten down the bashers and shorters. Email now below in parts.

Thank you for your note and pleasant tone which is not what I am bombarded with daily.

The purpose of the share consolidation, which is optional of approved, is to attract investors from the US and to a lessor extent in Canada.

US investors will not buy stocks priced below $1US. I know it does not make sense from a perspective of a UK investor, but it has been the case. We have interest from investors here in the US, and we believe attracting them will be positive for the share price, not negative.

Great assetsin Wyoming. Our Barron Flats field is an early stage EOR project that really is working very well. Unfortunately the initial design of the surface facilities did not account for the pressures we have been facing for the last 18 months. This though is been rectified

Construction of the gas gathering system upgrade is under way. We have completed the first two well conversions from flowing to pumping-flowing. Production from the first of these has stabilised, with a substantial upward bump

Second well has just come on and will take several days to settle down for stable rates. We believe the response of the field and our undeveloped Frontier resource which has attracted interest from a large company will be reflected in a strong share price.

The leverage though will be much higher with US investors behind the stock.

Name change is something we have thought about for a year or two. It should be clear that our focus is now Wyoming, rather than west Africa. I and our board think a rebranding in the next 12 months.

A series of calamitous mistakes have occurred resulting in poor RNS’s & are most probably based on nothing more than cultural differences & perhaps a rushed secretary.

Exact similar occurred last night / today, when searching for the Notices of AGM (CSE use Circulars) & for us Brits this is normally formatted such that the list of resolutions are then headed by the reporting date. Having gone thru the ‘alien’ SEDAR formats then had only very briefly looked at the Computer Share tickets with the listed dates & as it was not in the format I was used to, so quickly passed over it. Trujack spotted my error & was highlighted also by CSE’s Listing & Regulation dept.

It will have been similar mistakes in the RNS presentations with COPL thinking that they had provided enough information. & for those LLTH as per the 2021 relist which then saw the paperwork getting extended from 5 weeks to 5 months. On cultural differences.

AM needs to properly explain the reasoning for such a large consolidation. A smaller ratio then fits in with his name-change for a possible new market.

If it is your twitter account, then I can also comment that your powers of deduction are simply abysmal. A four year old would have better reasoning than the twitter poster.
He or she simply refuses to recognise the ongoing concern & refuses to accept that there can be anything negative with the stock. It’s embarrassing to read and hence why it is never commented on.

Currently every man & his dog are all commenting on the LSE posters, who seem to be the only ones recognising there is a problem and are taking steps to try rectify. And then look at the results…. AM is now speaking again. So thank you Bolton, thank you Stas & thank you Trujack whom that twitter poster believes are all part of a shorting crew. Which immediately suggests that he / she has only been in the stock for a very short timeframe.

There is a significant concern amongst many Pi’s with 1000:1 consolidation, in not just the way that it has been dished out on ‘unsophisticated investors’ with no explanation, until tonight, but also in the inferred probabilities of yet again, even further shareholder dilution.

As pe4 earlier, it’s excellent that AM is communicating again.
Just amusing the channels that he goes through.

Should then be electronic voting from BH yet currently their numbers must still be under 5% which puts voting on the resolutions in the shareholders favour.

There appears to be a discrepancy with record date of 12th April
And the notice being given on 28th April.

Small issue, as I’ll still bet on Shouston to throw a few buns at the board, after they have circumvented the electronic polls.

50% down requires 100% upside
75% down requires 300% upside,
90% down then requires a 900% gain.

The maths are sadly okay.

Trujack, I’m now suspecting that i read this wrong.

The interpretation now, is that ‘shareholders of record’ applies only to those attending the AGM.
Nominee shareholders attending may only vote & speak if permitted (this then prevents a bun-fight).

I have asked CSE to clarify: the qualifying date 12th April was signed off on 1st April but not posted till 28th April.

Guessing that with the vast majority of shareholders being against the 1000:1 resolution that we may possibly see further large conversion. That 49M recently converted with 9.5M sold off at 5.1p & several other big sells, that Anavio are perhaps holding just below the 5% threshold c.20M.
Anavio + Legal Team could hold c.40M shares
So with no further explanation from AM other than ‘unsophisticated shareholders’ it will then certainly require further conversions to get the board’s resolutions passed.

Or perhaps Anavio may also be….
