RE: Bond Calculation19 Jul 2023 19:11
COPL paid $156k for the first batch of $200k bond securities & then paid $160k for subsequent batches.
The current conversion rate is $0.0817 (equated to 6.75p at the then £/$ rate)
Without going into the Pandora’s Box commonly referred to as the SEDAR portal,
Can use the figures from April’s RNS where
48,959,603 shares issued from 20 bonds [7 x 2027 plus 13 x 2028]
ie. there are 2,447,980 shares issued each $200k bond
at $0.0817 per share.
As stated, the fees / interest payments is a variable.
Then raises the question, if the variable figure gets reduced as the sp increases, there has to be a projected ‘curve’ in which there’s a pivot point for the BH to stop conversions.. they do very well with a low sp against doing very well with a high sp.. One for the nerds ?!
