Having personally aired this month on the hills of the north west coast of this wee isle, culminating in summiting the equivalent of 4 Everest’s, then I’ll be the first to stick my hand up and suggest that recent O2 starvation may indeed need rectifying. Lol, thanks G., but CC brings so much negativity to the party that he effectively keeps himself in check. Most can recognise when excessive use of negativity is being aired, either for political/commercial or personal gains. CC tends to be kept on his toes by his own excessive purges or as some might deduce, he tends to shoot himself in his own foot.
He needs to try recognise that the auld guard, the original LLTH, are now less than 1/3rd of the share holder base, that a minimum of 66% of share holders (holding the 12.2B OS raised since December) will do very well out of these most recent of dilutions (which could be very close to 100% of share holders , assuming that most LLTH investors wisely averaged down when below 0.38p) & that he is effectively, on a rather loose wicket with respect to his current quest of denying AM a reverse split/consolidation.

As a small bit player then I’d always felt that CA & the shareholders were effectively taking on the City of London, that unless anything confirmed as being illegal was seen, that the judge could not object, that the bod were free to do as they please (& imo backed by the City) which still seemed to be the case with the judge then asking last night for inputs on ‘duty of care’ issues from CA’s QC Thornton. The judge may find himself trapped between a rock & a hard place. The City won’t like their activities being limited by small bit players. The Chinese though have oft said they’ve taken strategic control (>50% holdings) of the North Sea & surrounding regions as a long term energy play and ALSO as a soft PR exercise where their name gets reflected on ‘positively’. Was half suspecting Kerogen to step into the proceedings, on the side of good PR…

The majors tend to come in lower:
(& using mid-cycle earnings figures)
Shell currently trading at 8.8 times earnings.
BP at 10 times earnings.
Exon at 11 times earnings….

3lp’s., operating from memory & there was 2 batches of figures: one was from CPR with hedged oil at $39 (WTI then $41) & the other from a Copl presentation with WTI $62, and both showed netback of c.$15 bbl. These were though on avg. injection rate of 2mmcfg/d and as we know this has been increased dramatically. Although it was stated that the costs per bbl would soon decrease I think factoring in the current $9M injections into higher net margin would be prudent till the bopd takes off. Against a current WTI $70 I would suspect that the figures used of $47-$48 are reasonable…

Harry’s amended fig’s inc 17B shares & WI of 57% (was sn avg. 812bopd but suspect now we could be double that & fast approaching 2000bopd for Atomic prior to aiming for CPR fig 5000bopd 2022.

Current PE for USA being 26.

6 months revenue from avg. 812 bopd at c.$45 after netback,
$12 bbl revenues on remaining 588 bopd attributed to CNOOC & Cuda.

Nice wee cash cushion indeed..

At the aforementioned rates c.$60 bbl
& in addition to the $1.35M/month then also can throw in Cuda’s 378bopd
With its $20 bbl profit after their netbacks in addition to the $12 bbl charged for ops & transportation, giving AM $32 bbl, from Cuda’s IOU.
Not quite $2M a month, but pretty close.
Enough to cover any frost-bite damages from January’s severe storms ?

AM would of been quite close to 1000bopd at April’s avg. $60 bbl,
and from $45 bbl after netbacks,
would of then been close to clearing $1.35M a month,
Throw in a $20M accordion facility if needed..

Certainly plausible though as he did mention ‘a host of accountants’..

Previous hedges would have died with the change in lender.

Was originally somewhat peeved at AM ‘gifting’ the senior lender 5% of equity thru warrant schemes but from what’s been agreed on the future hedges, it does appear that AM’s negotiating skillsets are still premium.

It is all looking very good as the foundation for the new Copl group.
