April- Release Trinity Delta report forecasting revenue & profit had zero effect on SP, SP continued to decline.

Sep- Trinity Delta forecast update increase in revenue & profits brought forward. SP zero effect continued to decline.

Jan25-Destroyed the SP with revised 50% reduction in sales based on Sep report.

Point is if they had never released these forecasts where do we think SP would be, as would never have needed the Jan revision!! IMO still between 30-50, certainly not at 13!

Haleon have never forecast revenue for Eroxon that’s because they are not idiots like FUM bod.

well all you can say is haleon aren’t too concerned & have still included eroxon in their growth figures for the year! issue here are the bod who make sweeping 5o% sales reduction comments with little else being said! they are like a bull in a china shop! attention now turns to the end of year results & agm, they must be in for a pounding with the way they have handled things!

my advise would be to bring in a team who knows how to run a company like fum & allow jb & ah to take a back step into whatever they are good at! maybe they could both work for ah’s side business of mobile ****tail bar at wedding revenues!! surely they couldn’t f things up there or could they, we just seem to be waiting for the next f up with these two!

American consumer medicine purchasing habits 66% brick & mortar, 19% online. So online purchases are small, 30% for Walmart & Amazon each, 10% for Target! So Eroxon sales are $18m per year not including brick & mortar or other online outlets.

Was reading that Eroxon sales in first 3month captured 37% of OTC market in UK & Belgium which dropped 50% to 17% now! So maybe this is where the RNS figure has come from, initial 3month sales in the US divided in half!

Love the way people just start making up percentages 30%- where’s that come from one person review??

Lordtopup- why are you on here, if you were so sure you should have shorted the share , what a muppet you are. Are you as also one of them who tested the product but didnt have ED? Why try it when its meant for people with ED & if it didn’t work does that mean it give you ED as you couldn’t get it up???? How did you work out it didn’t work if you don’t have an issue??? Yes Haleon invested vast sums on a placebo. I have zero support for the BOD but all your interested in posting is I told you so & calling us LTH.

I don’t believe anything the BOD say either, I believe the trinity Delta report was commissioned to get institutional investors onboard & failed, also failed to move the SP in the right direction & was made up. They used 20% royalties on all sales including US, I don’t believe this was correct & was an assumption & not corrected by FUM early on. It’s states in report assumptions made due to no visibility of royalties! So basically made up

That long term view should have been reflected in their information passed to trinity delta to forecast sales, that is the issue here not the long term view & slow growth that was predicted.

Whole things a manipulation RNS that makes no sense, sells that are buys! I think a deal has been done in the US to pump more money into marketing & FUM has agreed to waive it fees for the year!! Or fk’d up on the contract fine print!

I think Cooper’s have more pressing matters than Eroxon & it isn’t their priority!!! Simple as that not the product! where Eroxon has done well in the UK & Belgium a third part company has been used not Coopers directly! Nordics has had a good response also! So confirmed the issues stem to Uk as well not just eu and slow progression . So FUM have been hiding what’s going on shame on them!!!!! Boots buy 1 get 1 half price what a joke for FUM! SACK them all they are a bunch of jokers and don’t deserve a dime!

As the Lord once said have FUM been skewing the figures with stocking, as I’m interested in Uk & Belgium where they reported market gain of 20%? Yes initial sales were good but what have ongoing sales been like? No mention of this in the RNS! As I keep saying Haleons FY24 Q4 data will be interesting as should show a new segment with sales & growth potential. Take a look at their Q3 financials, good solid breakdown of sales unlike FUM’s poor wishy washy more question than answers BS.

Lord- you were right thanks for your insights, now FO! Take yourself & Lady Top Up and relax for another 4years in that extremely large garden. You were clearly stung in the past by FUM and I have sympathy for your losses but coming back when things are low to put the knife into shareholders like you once were is not on!

They knew what would happen with a 50% reduction in sales and royalties, as people have said what is this based on so early in 2025 when new markets are still in there startup phases? The early forecasts through the Trinity Delta reports commissioned by FUM were a mistake! They attracted zero institutional investors & had zero effect on the SP & in most cases reduced it! This could drop to a market cap of £25mill, as we have seen over the last year, since the TD reports there is no potential being valued into the SP! Gone are the days of a startup & potential we are now being valued on sales / revenue & profit! JB also has history of failure which dosnt help. I still have faith in the product but this is waning with a bod that seem incompetent on a scale I didn’t know existed!

What is also happening with M8 for South America, Saudi Arabia , UAE, Australia, etc etc. no mention of them? Considering Saudi is one of the biggest markets by value alone.

Why aren’t the likes of Lombard requesting a general meeting asap. The bod have set a fire & it continues to burn!
