Donkey- FUM commissioned the Trinity Delta report originally & they make reference to the figures in their RNS! Sales/ revenue same thing! If I remember rightly the first report was released as they made ref to it at the AGM & were forced to release it the following day!

i love the way fum think they have some kind of involvement in haleons & coopers plans! fum have clearly been told by the big boys their fy25 forecasts for eroxon & they don’t match with their own pie in the sky forecasts put together by an insurance broker & mobile ****tail bar owner! due to their incompetence we will hear nothing of forecasts going forward & just mid year & full year sales. the cfo defo needs to go, along with roy! jb should go but won’t as will impact share price (if it’s possible). cost cutting exercise half all salaries & no free shares for gods sake for the foreseeable!

Yes all those who have lost faith in the BOD are selling & who can blame them & those trying to reduce the SP further & play the old 10% gains game! Will be interesting what Lombard think of all this? Clearly the bod got in early with the FY25 news to stop news leaking & a massive sell off potentially after SP gains if FY24 results had been released then the FY25 update! The bod will be in for a grilling at shareholders meeting if not the SACK! They setup the CMO’s in the US & EU so must have total visibility of product being sold! They are out of their depth IMO, you don’t increase forecasts in Sep24 by around 33% & then reduce them by 50% or more like 75% inc milestone payments 4month later. Coopers & Haleon are big beasts with extensive sales & marketing credentials, FUM are going to work with them to increase sales, little FUM what do they know?? JB was an insurance broker turned con man! The BOD F’d up with early estimations, dug a big hole and now can’t get out of it, time to fill that hole with them in it & move on with a team that has the credentials to deliver. Achievable milestones remember that! To me Haleon new this would be a slow build & those milestones were never being paid easily! Coopers as well!

Nicname- I’m in no mood to start covering old ground with Eroxon, the product works & that show is over, not going to repeat old ground.

The more important factor here is selling it, now as people say reviews are pretty bad & if we took them as gospel then in the real world you are looking at 30% find it works based on the 4&5 star reviews, So even at those levels the market is 50% to what they originally thought. That’s still pretty good & based on that will still interest Haleon with $150mill sales versus $300mill sales.

Nicname- go & find the evidence yourself but Yes they did do their own in house testing 100% fact! & results matched the clinical trials that for 60% it worked.

Seriously have we got the ED club on here, who gives a S H I T about the new product, I’m invested in this company & want to know what’s happening now, not about the new improved product!! Go back to the ED friends forum and keep off the serious investment forums!

Let’s remember that both Haleon & Cooper did their own in-house independent tests before signing contracts & all tests delivered the same results as FUM??? The difference here is you can control who is using it during the in-house tests, on the open market you can’t & need to target the right people! I would be interested in knowing what’s happening in the market that has had most exposure and has been exposed to Eroxon for the longest the UK????

As I’ve already mentioned the £0.5m sales forecast for early US launch for FY24 was also achieved or if not where did the additional £0.9m come from??? All very fishy indeed! Just don’t add up & I don’t believe anything that comes out of Barders mouth! He would stab us all in the back to save himself! Maybe a bit dramatic but Hey I feel something in my bones isn’t right here.

Nobody find it strange that adjustments had already been made to Eu/RoW to £5.5million, Trinity Delta Sep24 and now 50% reduction from £10.5m which equal £5.25mill. Seems to me that this is all the US profits! Don’t know why but I feel either a contractual Fukup, or a deal has been done to not take royalties or milestone payments for 2025 & that is why it’s been reported so early on in the year. More likely contractual and the reason why the BOD will not own up to it as that would be gross incompetence of the highest level! Just a thought as this is making no sense at all to me, that things have fell apart since Sep24 revenue upgrade.

I’m more than happy for people to have opinions, but does anyone notice that negative comments on this board seem to drive more interest, than positive?? Ive posted a few negative & it gets followed up, yet positives are just ignored. We can see the manipulators out in force trying to drive that SP down further. You are all caught like flies to s h i t!

I don’t think Barder could learn the lessons of the past if you hit him with a stick, he will make the same mistakes over & over and over again. Would like to be the person to hit him with that stick though, suspect there would be a long queue 😂

Lord- distorting the facts Haleon need $100mill for a new product segment like this per annum once up & running, they were expecting a slow burn to start off.

I think FUM have over egged the US for FY25 completely & the rest of the EU where there is no OTC market for ED. Based it all on the UK without understanding the complete market!

With an RNS like that 50% reduction in ESTIMATED revenue, they have just about halved the share price not surprising, even though we saw no increase in SP when revenues were increased?? As people say this is FUM revenue not raw sales, and the reason I say that is we have no idea what is in any of FUM’s distribution contracts! The potential is still there it works for 60% of men with ED that hasn’t changed. Think Barder has been applying too much gel and shot his load way too early, as people say he is an insurance broker & knows nothing about sales or contracts by the look of things! Thought he had leatt try ned his lessons over the years clearly not still a fukwit.

If Haleon state sales are as expected with a new product like Eroxon, what does that mean for Barder? Vote of no confidence IMO! In Sep the view was that FY24 results would be £13.4mill, they were £13.7mill! £0.5mill was from US early than anticipated sales?? So if sales were poor where the hell has the £0.8 mill extra sales come from????

LtotheOG- I with you here can’t wrap my head around what is happening! How do you release a Sep 11th increased revenue guidance, then within 4month release a 2nd stating revenue with be down 50%?? Most of, or all of this 50% was coming from the US me thinks, so what has happened with US? was there a clause in the contract for min sales to start paying royalties? Eroxon has been selling in the UK for 20month now & no indications until now of issues! To be honest I’m stumped! The whole issue of it works/ it dosnt work! We told you so placebo effect is nonsense IMO, multiple tests have confirmed it works, but as people say it has to sell & hit the right market.

Missed this in the original 11-Sep financial outlook and guessing was the reason for the gradual decline in SP until todays s h i t show “Our updated FY25e revenue forecast is £18.5m (from £15.1m) which comprises slightly lower product sales and royalties of £10.5m (from £11.1m), albeit the mix has shifted with higher US royalties, whilst electing to conservatively keep EU/RoW product revenues broadly flat vs FY24e”

Eu/RoW flat, so all increase in sales was coming from US. So they were already aware of the issues then with market traction! Will be interested in what Haleon forecasts are for Eroxon over the coming years & their thought on US launch. As with many in too deep now so I will have to see it out.

Haleon always predicted a slow burn so hoping FUM were over optimistic on sales with their non existent experience!
