BOD we’re happy to tell everyone that they had taken 20% of the OTC market in the UK, but guessing because the EU & US don’t have a large OTC segment for ED than this figure would be meaningless! They must have a good idea of EU sales though as they are manufacturing it, but yes US market is supplied by Haleon so figures maybe unknown somewhat. They are either sitting on something big or hiding poor sales?? Which one it is I don’t know but we are about to find out very soon!

Feb/ March I expect end of years and positive news from Haleon, once my investment doubles I’m out as not waiting another year for FUM to update the market! It’s poor comms from the bod and poor financial planning and forecasts!

Top seller of the year for Boots, top seller in others countries & awards?? Yet SP struggles why the BOD!! I’m starting to believe FUM’s slice is smaller than originally thought! Otherwise why not report your sales???

The bod are reactive rather than being proactive! Or useless is also a good name for them!

Sorry but the share price tells the tale down over the last 10 & 5 years, YTD 19% up! Pathetic as far am I’m concerned. Up & down like a yo-yo, with the right bod this would never have happened. we should have been seeing a gradual rise over the last 2 years since the product hit the market, but NO as bod refuse to giv the market reason to invest! Silence from the bod at this stage is craziness. No large institutional investor in their right mind would invest in this Bod & the reason for the SP. Still think there is hope for the product in the right hands but not these muppets that is why a sale is on the cards! & the sooner the better!

imo the crew is not anything savy they stumbled across eroxon by accident, scrapped all other good potential products that were close to market, to focus on eroxon. the companies original plan was r&d and to commercialise and sell any products, then they got greedy & lazy that is why this company is worth ****, its not a company it has one product!

Maybe something their looking at as they struggle to get investors, who knows but would makes sense to move from AIM to the main market. Let’s face it they have much to do!

Coopers signed an extension to the original deal following the first 6months the product was on sale so that tells a story in itself (positive). Haleon are looking for min $100mill revenue once product is established! Positives are that FUM is setup for direct to market if need be, so they have learned from their past mistakes! I can only see a positive outcome here but maybe im blinkered? Time will tell. The bod did say that revenue would be all over the place with new releases & stock filling prior to launches so guessing/ hoping the silence is they don’t want to upset the market with up & down revenue/ sales figures but very frustrating for shareholders.

Does anyone really see a takeover coming? Meaning they are normally a surprise! But I agree we need to see good sales, but at the current pitiful SP a takeover could happen at any point. If Haleon see good sales & share that with others then we could see an unexpected takeover at any point.

Where is the RNS 3% of shares sold at 21p?? What happened & zero effect on the SP?? Who sold & who bought?

On a serious note here JB and the rest of the BOD are not helpful with the SP. They release no info on deals or milestone payment targets or any meaningful financial data? Their on £250k a piece with share warrants every year of around £250k paid for by us Shareholders, that £500k Toli done the maths for you! I get the US they have limited access to financials but ROTW they are the supplier & therefore know the sales figures from manufacturing, so why not update the market??

GG if your building model aircraft from the 60’s & the wife is knitting scarfs & jumpers not sure the product is for you! Stick with the model aircraft & give up with the erection business, just some friendly advise but Toli maybe able to give you a hand literally with the erection that is, not the model aircraft as his mathematical skills aren’t too great, may end up with 3 wings instead of 2.

That’s not true Lombard have only sold & bought options or on a placing never bought on the open market as you are saying .

Lombard sold £600k worth of shares and wiped £3mill off it own holding! Talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face 😆. Hope the Xmas party was worth it!

Toli- I agree their last options were at 40p? They sold back then & re bought options at 40p. But why now at less than 40p £600k worth.

I absolutely hate this share! It’s has had multiple in-house trials that confirm the 60% efficiency, so it works & will in the real world! Haleon have said that for a new segment they would only invest if a minimum of £100mill was achievable so expect at least a £100mill as their not stupid! Our issue as shareholders is FUM are very vague on everything! This will come good keep the faith 6month & 80p and then a move upwards on sales increases!
