Do we think there is a clause in the US contract that states min sales thresholds have to be achieved before any royalties payout? The US are investing large sums and will need min sales just to break even? I don’t know just a thought as £9mill sales this year, granted some of that would be stocking for launches. Why the hell did FUM update forecasting in Sep24 for Y25 when they had no idea?? Look at Haleon they made no such comments on Eroxon sales forecasting as they had no idea! So why did FUM think they did! Should have followed the big boys example. They say nothing when they should and open their mouth when they shouldn’t.

Buff- exactly they are forecasting no revenue increase for FY25?? Makes absolutely no sense!

I’m now interested in Haleon’s FY24 results which is released unaudited on the 27th Feb, will be a more honest account! FUM just keep changing the way they calculate & report sales & revenue all getting abit confusing! Whole RNS is disgraceful! All those sells have been hoovered up with buys, this was a planned manipulation of the SP, and someone new it was coming! imo who ever Lombard are loaning out their shares to!

Terrible, terrible RNS, i agree something fishy here? You can’t get them to update the market, then they give a FY25 forecast ahead of time even though FY24 was positive. Makes no sense, they could have focused on sales, as a big share of revenue are milestone payments! Yet we read 50% drop in sales! Which is untrue! Shocking

This is a new segment for Haleon so don’t read too much into it I say. New departments need new employees so not a surprise really!

I agree with all the comments on this, if we look at the forecasted sales in 2025 18.5mil & that includes a £4mill one off payment. So £14.5mill sales x5 revenue for a company market cap only equals £70mill! So we are if anything over valued currently marginally.Now fast forward if we achieve the £350mill sales in US, which somewhere equates to around £100mill for FUM along with all other territories £100mill then x5 £1billion. Time will tell & nobody knows until the figures are released & even then maybe meaningless but this would value us at £3, so a 1/3 of them sales would give us £1. Let’s hope.

You have got to look at why the Bod refuse to backup the share price with constructive news?? I hope & expect positive results but why not update the market as you go?? They are the issue & need to go ASAP!

Market wants to know sales of Eroxon & until then they are wasting their time releasing RNS’s about anything else! This will have no effect of SP other than maybe a drop as Duscoman states I agree.

Lombard still in heavy so no panic, they will have inside information to what’s going on as well! Maybe a buy out deal is being done as that’s Lombards only escape & probably their plan with an AIM stock like this! At the end of the day they need to shift £28million in shares. If Lombard weren’t happy they would be selling vast amount of shares at this point with the radio silence from the Bod as us PI’s are doing or some of us! All a game but let’s hope we are the winners in the end!

I’ve also seen zero advertising by coopers in uk last 6month? Hope FUM are going to address this to increase sales! As out of sight out of mind!

I’ve lost interest in what FUM have to say regarding sales! Haleon on the other hand will give us sales on each segment & as Eroxon is a new segment for them we will see actual sales for the US in March. So FUM will have to show US sales or look foolish! Haleon need min peak sales of £100mill annually from a new segment to be worthwhile their words! FUM say potential £350mill! So we will see what Haleon sales targets are for 2025 & beyond for Eroxon,. FUM not going to be able to hide things much longer for whatever the reason!
