Putting results back would mean having some common sense & a brain which the Bod don’t have, more likely they are waiting for Q1 Haleon results. I’m more interested in what’s happening in Mexico/ France/ Germany/ Saudi Arabia etc etc where it’s been on sales for 1 year of more now??

tommy i agree with you lth have been treated horrendously with this share! but i still believe it is selling in decent numbers just not the predictions fum had! & sales will increase over time as no other product to match it currently for people who can’t take other drug ed medical products, got to be better than a ***** pump & there still on sale? lombard/ adam’s etc are still holding their investments so that comforts me currently, will have to see what happens in the next 12month. too much speculation on here with little facts! all we actually know is fum reduced there 2025 forecast due to initial slow takeup, that could all change very fast in the months ahead.

I don’t think the Pfizer deal has any relevance as Haleon was a joint venture between GSK & Pfizer. Haleon has since become standalone which was always the intention with GSK & Pfizer to sell their stakes the plan all along.

What happened to Haleon being responsible for manufacturing of Eroxon? FUM setup CMO and Haleon can order direct instead of through FUM? That’s not them manufacturing the product! This gives FUM direct access to sales numbers a positive , but why state Haleon were responsible & had a different contract, it’s the same as Coopers. Why would Haleon want to hand back Eroxon? It’s costing them very little, they buy & sell to retailer no manufacturing costs! Marketing is their only expense which they have spent very little on so far! Same as Coopers spent very little. FUM have kept control of manufacturing so if distributors fail on their obligations then they can make changes fast! One thing they’ve gettin right.

1- Their FY25 forecasts for Eroxon were still part of their growth target, that had not changed.

2- In response to FUM had reduced their forecasts by 50%, they said initial sales were a bit below expectations.

IMO that means they were expecting sales to pickup as marketing was accelerated, & I also believe that they wanted to see what organic sales would be like in the first 3month before focusing their marketing strategy, & spending real cash. Yes they did some TV adverts at the superbowl but it was limited.

To me a bigger issue is Coopers & their slow marketing in the EU! Think FUM took their eye off the ball here! & what is happening with Rest of the world??? I must ask Lord did you take your own advise & put money on it? guess not as your still sniffing around here!

The Eroxon search issue on Amazon.com is a category issue, strangely select filter & select All under health & it pops up. This was the same issue in the UK as mentioned.

I’m guessing the Amazon 10k a month is the cause, which actually means less than 20K! which it has been moving in & out of the last few days. Good chance for people to load up cheap I guess, but questions over the BOD & timing of the announcement must be being asked by large investors. Absolute shambles!

The current SP will not please Lombard & other investors above 3% as their average is way above current SP! & it’s not like institutional investors are desperate to buy in either. BOD have done a terrible job with the SP and Roy was brought in to add value, yes add value to his wallet! Get Rid of the dead wood & that includes JB & AH.

Maybe I’ve got this share trading thing wrong & you wait for the SP to hit an all time low before selling? As someone once said if there’s a sell there’s a buy happening as well generally! But who would sell at this price, with really no change in the products potential, it’s early days & surely not worth selling at this price. Big investors still holding is a positive!

This share is a sh *t show & all down to the incompetence BOD who really don’t have a clue. Hold faith LTH we will see a return maybe not the 130p predicted but we will see 60p again IMO, may even dump it before then as can’t take the stress!! The common factor here for poor sales is there is no OTC sales of ED products in the regions with slow take up! A little surprised at that as thought it would be the opposite being the only OTC product for ED, but by the looks of it so are Haleon, coopers & FUM! Poor sales is not no sales & by the looks of it, 50% sales in US of £3m is equal to $40m retail at 20% royalties, $80m retail at 10% royalties.

Sorry sick of reading does it work when it been proved across multiple trials & partner testing. Issue here is sales & why consumers are not at least trying this new product! in the UK they took 40% of the market this dropped back to around 20%, then now around 18%, similar for Belgium & maybe Nordics from the great sales we are hearing. But France, Germany, USA & many others sales are slow to ramp up WHY????

Superdrug are the only retailer where their online doctor mentions Eroxon as a treatment. Asda no mention yet sell Eroxon, Boots no mention, NHS no mention! Yet all mention Vitaros cream which isn’t that widely used. Eroxon has been on sale in UK now for 2 years, so I would expect exposure like this by now!

Mentioned this a while ago but tells the story about marketing, boots online doctor site for ED treatment options still does not mention Eroxon?? So again when looking for ED treatments unless you know about Eroxon you will not find it recommended to consumers anywhere! This is a massive issue & if Boots aren’t doing it when they were given exclusively in the early release of Eroxon what chance have they got!

Blue diamond had shelf life issues and by the time they were resolved the commercial partner moved on & left FUM stranded, it was an another disaster by the bod! This is the reason FUM has setup CMO’s to control distribution so any issues with the Commercial partner dragging their feet they will dump the commercial partner.

I get the impression the partners are happy with a natural growth versus a forced fast growth which would require higher marketing budgets. US expected a Viagra response but imo was never going to happen without a lot of marketing.

I look at the uk tv & media coverage and its terrible! Search top Erection dysfunction products & Eroxon doesn't exist! Unless you are searching for Eroxon then it doesn't pop up on searches. This is all down to the commercial partners responsibility so what is going on?? Poor marketing & that’s what they signed up to, coopers are a French company & have done f all in France! Have no idea what the contracts stated for marketing but it’s not working IMO, poor investment by partners! Not completely FUM fault but what are they doing to force the issue?????

I still can’t get my head around the numbers for USA, 500k units is £2.5m at 20% royalties. 42K units a month. Amazon US are selling 20-30k units currently, it’s a best seller on Walmart & selling elsewhere. Makes no sense dosnt add up, AGM & Haleon Q1 sales results for Eroxon will hopefully clarify this!

Why takeover just buy a hefty stake 28% & do a deal with Lombard to takeover with a majority, put in yor own people & all done with £11million to give Haleon control!
