Where is all the profit going in 2024, that’s a big chunk of cash?? I’m guessing the setting up of additional manufacturing plants but seems steep! £6mill from current selling territories, the £3.2mill upfront payment & at least the rest of Europe and Saudi revenue, must be talking £15mill at least!

Belgian- webcast been taken down?? I wonder if that’s because we have calculated the %% uk margin!
Belgian- was in the webcast on futura website, skip to financials at the end!
1.7m revenue with 0.9m profit, so I’m guessing this is the manufacturing costs, so around 16% profit still pretty good & those manufacturing costs will come down with scale.
So 200k units at £25 that’s £5m, I take that’s upto end of June 1.7m revenue from Eroxon then that 34% share of revenue???? Is this correct by everyone else’s calculations? Pretty good way above the 10%
Can Anybody work out what the revenue was for the last two months July/aug based on statement below? All a-bit confusing when it states include $4mill upfront that is not recognised until July 24?? That only an increase of around £1.5mill is that sales revenue?
Net loss of £1.76 million (H1 2022: £2.46 million)
· Cash position at 30 June 2023: £7.8 million (30 June 2022: £6.68 million)
· Cash position as at 31 August 2023: £9.36 million which includes $4 million upfront milestone payment from Haleon plc ("Haleon").
I expect big things on Monday, if not FUM are not shouting loud enough for what reason I don’t know! We will see on Monday but any company selling product as fast a FUM should be making projections on current sales not saying oh sorry can’t sensitive commercial information! If they are saying very little then they are keeping share price low for some reason and I don’t know why! Let’s give them a chance see what Monday brings.
Nigel is living it up in some hot country spending shareholders money! Bloke is a joke!
I see people sayings it’s over priced, what is this based on competitors? If you could buy your favourite tipple knowing you wouldn’t have a hangover no matter how much you drank how much extra would you be willing to pay?
What’s really interesting is that Pfizer owns 32 percent of Haleon, which probably means they know the profit margins! and sales figures currently! & what potential market share Eroxon is going to take away from viagra.
Why do I keep reading US articles that FUM haven't released clinical study data for peer review due to sensitivity around product! What is this all about? We have to take it that pretty much everyone & their dog is going to try this initially, so financial data released in Sep is going to be hard to interpret from the point of view of reoccurring sales! So although hopeful of SP rise, I suspect that the Sep financials are going to do very little! Although I don’t like it, this is going to be a LTH until we see reoccurring sales across several years. But let’s hope speculation from other interested parties pushes the SP north!!!!
Gone are the days of fleesing people on the street out of their hard earned cash! We now just start a company take someone else’s product & sell an elaborate story for decades & fleese shareholders out of their cash. Thanks Nigel didn’t see you coming, the modern world of cons!
Wish I’d followed the Italian & sold at 65, cannot believe this is in the 40’s again! It’s like Groundhog Day! Complete manipulation makes no sense considering where we are! As for financials people keep talking about, there are 4million men suffer from ED in the UK, if we sell to 25% of them & they buy 4 packets a year that’s 4million units. At £25 say 60% is profit & FUM get 10% that’s £6mill, multiply by 10 for US £60mill, same again for ROTW £60mill. Total £126mill x5 for company valuation £500mill. Current value £160mill! So SP potentially x3 £1.50. I also think those are conservative numbers, that’s why I’m still IN.
I think FUM has currently turned itself into a one trick Pony, & because if this is highly vulnerable to SP fluctuations. The patent is currently only until 2028, not good for the SP, the financial unknowns are not good for the SP! I hope going forward they sell the IP for the product probably once patent extension is resolved! And hopefully return to the R&D element of the business. To me this is all consuming too much of FUM’s time and resources being a small company with a head count of 12. As they say in the Dragons Den it’s not a business with just one product! Someone else could do something similar so time is of the essence.
I would guarantee this has bottomed out, FUM is a strange share & highly unpredictable!
Haleon requested that FUM did not make public the deal stuck for US market distribution, statement made by James Barder in recent video. This all points to the fact IMO that they got a better deal than what they would normally give to a company like FUM! Let’s hope anyway!
What is going on with all the recent advertising by the big ED products, apart from NUMAN I have not seen this over the years? Are they worried about losing market share or does advertising & discounts kick in automatically when their market share starts to drop? This has got to be caused by Eroxon disrupting the market already, looking good for Eroxon.
Italian-Is it not unusual for FUM to be manufacturing it themselves through a 3rd party, rather than the distributor? If so deals will not be straight forward as not the norm. I’m predicting 20% min, otherwise surely it would have been easier to just license it out completely?
Bit strange that FUM BOD keep yapping on about commercial sensitivity, yet we’re happy to disclose the 50/50 profit sharing deal that fell through with the Asia market? I’m not sure how its in FUM’s interests anymore with the big players all signed up! It’s certainly not in my interests as a shareholder! Good news is that we will be selling to the Saudi’s very soon, a very profitable market.
