The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
It is not all or nothing! it does not need to be the CEO who appeases shareholders. There is plenty of money in the system to recruit someone (or people) to manage communications.
essentially - knowledge is power
oh i took it that way!!!
nothing brave about it!! it is true. Lets hope it starts a trend
hallelujah we are in danger of finishing blue on a substantive RNS day for the first time in 10 months!!!!!!
however, I do think it is disrespectful for Investor Relations not to reply
the % figure generally given for the vaccines relates to the effectiveness of the vaccines to reduce both the potential for getting ill and the severity of the illness. All vaccines are reported to be effective in reducing the transmission of the virus and although there may be specific figures available on the transmissibility, I am not aware of them for each vaccine. It is ultimately the impact on transmissibility that will determine what vaccines countries will accept for travellers entering their county. I don't have the figure in my head, but it has been reported that AstraZenica is highly effective in reducing transmissibility.
I dont think it follows that countries will not accepts AstraZenica vaccinations for travel. The current scare does not relate to its effectiveness.
lol does anyone know how much it costs for a RNS?
My issue is not with RNs(s) in isolation: is it all forms of communication. But with reference to RNS(s) their content has been great for strategic development; but they time after time do not give the market what it is looking for. Even when that cannot be the numbers the market would love, they had failed to give pointers to what the strategic devel0pments mean. In essence, the RNS(s) have been tone deaf to what the market it looking for and thus they have not only not supported the value of the company, they have been detrimental to the value of the company.
Van i have to point out that was indeed February 2020! This company is great in everything except its communications, and although they have acknowledged that to some degree, there has been no observable difference. These comments do not relate exclusively to RNS(s) but to communications in general.
Does anyone know of a company that has an investors communication strategy or policy? It strikes me that we need to push for one at the next AGM.
newforms - ultimately your are right. But carelessly expressed communications can jeopardise it in the meantime!!!!
the requirement for PCR test is in the gift of the country being visited, not the UK as the departing country/
