I agree, Sol. Wade has been nothing but a liability to the share price here - awful communicator, all talk and little delivery visible, and so far none of his own projects have delivered anything worth while for shareholders (what ever happened to that ash processing company which was purchased to deliver ongoing cashflow for the business? Total silence about that for almost a year.) Paul Johnson was always out talking enthusiastically about the business and keeping investors interested and informed. I miss his leadership. Wade's greatest achievement so far as I can see has been in lining his own pockets with a massive increase in salary compared to what Johnson took out of the business. Time for a clean sweap of the "leadership" here and replace them with some experienced people who know what they are doing and can focus on Power Metals rather than sitting on boards of other AIM companies. If this business has so many wonderful assets and projects, which I do believe to be the case, how does Wade have time to do all these other things? Johnson seemed to work 100 hours a week on Power and had no time to sit on other company boards. A very stark contrast between a capable, exciting leader who devoted himself to Power, and the current disappointment of a CEO.

I agree about kicking out Paul Welch, he's been useless to the share price since arrival.

It would be good to get Wade out and someone with enthusiasm, energy and people skills into the CEO, but I really do hope that they don't throw out the baby with the bath water and lose the technical team who seem to very capable.

Interesting to mention Gsae, this was presented as the cash flow future of the company whilst it developed, yet it has gone completely silent (which would be very strange if an AIM business kept quiet about generating hundreds of thousands in cashflow for the running of the business.) If nothing else, it might perhaps cover Wade's (overly) generous remuneration package which we pay to him for the privilege of seeing the shares stagnate. Seems only one person is making good money from Power Metals, and it isn't the shareholders.

Wade seems to be rather busy as Chairman of FocusExplore plc, Smarter Web Co plc, etc. I recall when Paul Johnson was CEO at Power Metals he devoted his entire life to it, he certainly didn't have a whole bunch of additional part-time jobs on the side. No wonder Wade has delivered zero share price growth for Power, perhaps he needs to devote a little more time to the full-time CEO role which pays him a rather decent six figure salary? Not that I'm calling him a lazy under-achiever, let it be made clear.

Absolutely, barnetpeter, and the CEO leaves a very great deal to be desired: announcing that there would be no further discounted placings, then another discounted placing! (But he tries to claim it wasn't because they had to drop the price because word leaked out about the placing and so it was done lower!) Integrity?? A very legitimate question given the management's history of, shall we call it, "misleading" statements.

Hopefully Marc Sale's resignation, that would certainly be great news for First Class.

Did you ever hear any of Sean Wade's presentations? They were utterly embarrassing, the man was one of the worst public speakers I've ever heard, even for AIM companies. Dreadful. I think it's right that the best approach is to get rid of him and get in some experienced, capable leadership.

His comms with investors have been absolutely awful, I know several people who tried to contact him before investing decent chunks of money and he didn't even have the decency to reply to them. So their money went into other junior oilers instead. Well done, Paul.

If bitcoin goes on a run over the weekend, it will be interesting to see where this opens on Tuesday with the markets closed on Monday for the bank holiday.

I am excited to see what happens with the Yellow assets and what kind of multiple has been achieved on the original 200k investment, returns of 20-100x are not impossible in this space, so COIN holders might enjoy a very nice summer. Definitely not one I will be selling in May and staying away from.

i thought it was a fair, balanced, informative presentation. we could've used something like it earlier, but it's nothing to dwell on now. for me the transformation in view of cs happened when he put up his shareholding to guarantee the loan to keep the lights on: a clear commitment to make it work, **** or bust.

I fear, Doc, that the drag on the share price is the management here, particularly Wade, he seems completely out of his depth. His presentations on Stockbox were embarrassing (probably a blessing that he's stopped giving them) and so far all he has delivered is an undervalued sale of half the gmet shares and a comfortable six figure salary for himself whilst shareholders are left with share price stagnation since his arrival. What is needed here is a clean sweep of the bod, get in a capable CEO whom people trust to deliver, and people would buy in, particularly now that the junior market is about to get roaring again.

Why is it not possible to simply announce that they will be aggressively pursuing a Bitcoin treasury strategy modelled after Microstrategy?

Is it me imaging or do others believe the brokers here are playing games and holding down the price, why not just let it go to auction and set a new higher level once these placing shares have worked through the system.

That's a great relief, it's always a major concern for me: are the marketmakers earning enough money.

Keeping this turd above 1p is, frankly, an achievement in itself. There's no reason on earth this should be worth more than some other AIM juniors who actually have great management, equally prospective land packages, and much lower cashburn. Don't deceive yourself that the company is protected from raising because of Anglo JV cash, the oily management here will be shoveling most of that money into their own greedy pockets -if you don't believe me, just read the accounts for yourself and see the ludicrous amounts they pay themselves (with your money!) You will see that all of the Anglo cash is going directly from Anglo's JV account into the BOD's pockets via Arc's payroll.

What exactly is this guy going to say at a presentation? Perhaps he will simply show his pay stubs for the last few years so that shareholders can be reminded how many millions they have paid to this parasite for presiding over a non-mining minimg company which has seen 90% of the share price wiped out from the highs, whilst apparently CS and his bod needed to be paid their silly salaries the whole time.

It's about time these hopeless directors were given a 75% pay cut and told that if the remaining salary isn't enough to incentivize them to do their jobs then they know where the door is.

If this can remain above 1p in the future that has to be considered a great success, given how poor the management is here and how little of any substance there is in this business.
