Is it just me who thinks a company address that is a Suite in Waterloo Station is a bit weird and fly-by-night.
Same with Epic Sim - take a look at their premises on street-view.
Its all a bit odd.....

Jeez - why would existing shareholders want to tie the company up in an unnecessary legal challenge to distract them from their key objectives.

I think any existing shareholders have already benefitted from the price increase over the past few weeks. Isn't that sufficient enough for you?

It is expected that the Company will publish its prospectus in connection with Admission in late Q3 or early Q4 2020 and that the Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List, commence trading on the Main Market and simultaneously trading will be cancelled on AIM (and at least 20 business days after the formal announcement under Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies), subject to the receipt of the necessary approvals from the FCA and the London Stock Exchange.

Accustem will be listed in London, GC said so last night on the Webinar.

But with GC being the major shareholder, getting the vote wouldn't be the problem. I'm hoping there would be other reasons why this is unlikely. As GC has a significant holding in OKYO too, I just don't buy it??

There's chatter (albeit limited) on Twitter of STEM going across to OKYO, making reference to shareholder structure and our recent director appointment. I don't buy it, but any thoughts?

Update on migration to Bermuda and AIM delisting
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and other factors, the Company's plans to redomicile to Bermuda, cancel its ADR program and have its Bermuda common shares listed on Nasdaq have been delayed. The Company will provide further updates in due course when it has a better sense of timing.

Also Gabrielle's own words were to list NewCo on the London Exchange.

Gabrielle owns over 40% of the issued shares, so I think he will have shareholders interests in his thoughts.

Proposals to be put to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting.

We've just had one, so will we have to wait a year.... I guess an EGM could be called, but the RNS specifically says AGM.

EH - disappointed that the Board didn't convince shareholders, or disappointed that the shareholders didn't grasp the message?

Strange for the RNS only to number the resolutions rather than stating them specifically.
So No.3 which received 22% against was:
3. To re-appoint Alan Aubrey as a director of the Company in accordance with article 33 of the Company's articles
of association, who offers himself for re-appointment as a director.
Curious why such a large percentage of votes against the Non-Exec Chairman who holds circa 1.2m shares.
Any thoughts as to why??

Is this at a staff meeting or via email, as I would be really interested to know why such significant news is not subject to an RNS announcement. Is there a chance you could obtain an explanation.
