It just seems odd to put this comment in print as it doesn't really strengthen your negotiating position if you are broadcasting that as the intention for the raise. They could have simply left the "negotiating position" comment out, which would have made it look much more like the intention to go-alone was genuine.

If somebody within the web team took the effort to make the amend re CS job title AND the RNS was correct, why wasn't JN's position updated at the same time.

It makes no sense and Carlito, I've seen errors in RNS's before and all walks of life, so it's a bit blinkered to assume this couldn't be missed by the NOMAD.

There's no evidence other than one ambiguous RNS that JN is MD. This change in position has not been mentioned anywhere else, so I'm still yet to be convinced it has actually happened.

I think it's an error on the RNS as the company website and his LinkedIn profile still state solely CEO.

Surely for bigger impact this should have been released on Monday morning?
