I'm surprised that there are so many comments now stating "what did you expect from an AGM RNS?".
The full title is actually "Notification of AGM & publication of Annual Report", (note PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT).
It seems that some cant even get past the heading, let alone read the 68 page Annual Report and Accounts.
Why not have an evening read, then make genuine observations when you've studied the actual document (see below).

Would the difference be all the off-book trades mentioned earlier as I'm seeing 11.244m on Sharecast and Tradingview, both real time data.

11.2m trades all day and the highest hourly volume of 2.5m in the last hour..... fingers crossed.

Quite a few Bed & ISA trades going on today around the 78k trade mark which is bang on the £20k ISA allowance so people are filling up.
In most cases both transactions are showing as sells, but it's really just the brokers getting the best deal possible.
The last @ 14:41 was 78,572 @25.5, then 78,273 @ 25.55 (this one showing as a sell when it is highly likely to be a buy).
