Interesting message, particularly amusing beginning...

I do find it odd the way no-one has a genuine answer or wants to engage in the potential impact of the world events. It's either deramping or blocked/deleted. So, all countries applying sanctions to Russia and they are just going to hand over a massive dividend payout to UK shareholders for one of their assets? Hmmm.

Not particularly impressive that when you try and go onto the AngraFX website there is a warning (via Safari) that the connection is not private and the website may be impersonating angrafx to steal personal or financial information.

What are GST actually acquiring....

I'm pretty sure one will be forthcoming in the near future. There's a huge workforce and the press articles over the weekend will be detrimental to staff morale and therefore MM will look to clarify ASAP.

THG PLC (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 28 January 2022 of the disposal by FIC Shareco Limited ("FIC Shareco") of 6,926,161 ordinary voting shares of £0.005 each in the capital of the Company held by FIC Shareco, a PCA of a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company ("PDMR"), but which are beneficially owned by Steven Whitehead (who is neither a PDMR nor a person closely associated with such a PDMR).

The Company makes the below announcement and notification in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation:

AGM's tend to be a box ticking exercise, so I'm not expecting any contract news to be announced tomorrow. If they had the information already, it would have to be published in an RNS to avoid withholding information.

No wonder no existing holders have any faith left in the Board of Directors.

One to confirm all resolutions passed
One to advise of assets sold and value
Maybe one to suspend dealing to maintain an orderly market.

They've already published an RNS to say that no business other than voting on the resolutions would be happening at the AGM, yet this gets posted and instantly receives 18 "recommends". Seriously??

Not all resolutions passed is my guess.

The UK Gov should look a little closer at the company track record in delivering. By the time they do anything we'll be on Variant Z!

Someone last night mentioned the RNS went down well in Germany due to the price finishing up at 0.29. Volume for the entire day was 1k trades so this increase should not be taken as a robust indicator.

Agreed. We proved to them at the last vote that they have our support but this time we should send a clear message and vote against the proposal unless they can provide more detail as to why this would be required, if the asset sale genuinely close to finalising.
