Anyone following COPL will know they submitted a Prospectus in April 2023, still not approved by the FCA.
FCA are under funded, short staffed etc, so although it states on the FCA website a fast track approval process is available - it is apparently not meeting its own guidance of approvals within the timescales posted.
Lonny - SH are as usual kept in the dark wondering what is really going on, be really good to know the answers to the big questions, CPR publication, even without Prospectus, are we drilling MOU - 5, what long lead items as referred to in last RNS, testing commencing when ?
If Prospectus not approved by August 31st - what then ?
There could be the mother of all short squeezes late this week, early next week if there is no news.
If PRD fail in the Placing due Prospectus not approved within the tight timeframe, there should be some hard questions asked.
Before anyone has a go at me, I am fully invested, but I am asking pertinent questions that should be of concern to every LTH.
Do not just assume everything is ok, ask, question and query, it’s your hard earned money.
I have often said we need more transparency - PRD is not PG’s little kingdom, he has responsibility to each SH.
Final question, why the massive rush to raise ?
Finally some will say PG cannot tell us everything ! I would counter there is more he can say, rather than nothing.
