As announced on 24 August 2022, the arbitration panel unanimously held that Italy had breached its obligations under the Energy Charter Treaty (the "Award") entitling Rockhopper to compensation of €190 million plus interest at EURIBOR + 4%, compounded annually from 29 January 2016 until time of payment (except the four-month period immediately following the date of the Award).

Rockhopper was awarded an outstanding interest rate of 12 month Euribor + 4%.

The longer the ECB rates stay at 4%, the closer they will approach that 4% average, but today still at 3.13% +4.00% .

Good post Micktrick, in addition to YNAA's 9 separate industrial groups from feed plastics, steel transforming, piping, bottles, cables, etc, they also have 12 Hotels & a major supermarket chain, a construction company, a property development company, a charitable wing, huge political connections & 20,000 employees & must run a huge logistics operation. I imagine they have 100's of truck drivers & trucks too. Maybe CNG trucks shipping CNG trailers :-)
