This guy sounds like Mr PR, and it wouldn’t be good PR for his new company if the very first client they have turns out to be a dud within weeks.

Floridajoe, I don’t doubt you for a second. I know it happens, and it’s all completely legitimate and allowed. It’s market makers making a market, matching buyers and sellers and I have plenty of experience of this happening.

MM’s know those who have large holdings, perhaps investment management firms who hold stock on behalf of clients, be they execution only or discretionary clients.
They can call such firms and say they have a buyer of x amount at a certain price. The trade still has to go through the market but the trades can most definitely be set up behind the scenes.

MrCosts - you say you’re on about the current staff and their salaries…

SNG have confirmed they have enough cash to get us through to P3 results. That will include paying the staff and keeping the lights on?

Does RM owe us an update? The RNS said they are on track for results in early 2022. It’s still early. But I agree we’ll need one if it goes into March.

We are busy recruiting but to my knowledge have not actually started paying salaries just yet.

MrCosts - I don’t know what it is with your obsession on Synairgen’s cash position…

We’ll know P3 results before we need cash. If positive, we’ll get paid a good chunk upfront. And if they are a fail, it’s all over anyway!

Fair enough, Sceptik. I’d just argue that as we are about to have big news land any day, I’d certainly not be relying on charts to tell me anything. For a short term trader, surely too risky a chance to get caught out horribly if we fail P3.

What it does feel like is that we start the week falling and then perk up towards the end of it! I could be completely wrong on that but it seems that way.

Andybe4 - it might be a slow slug. But the RNS did state “early 2022”. I think we’re still in that range, just. So no need to flap just yet.

Manifesto and SD should get their TR1 imminently… if Polygon genuinely still buying heavily, then there’s plenty of shares on the order book sub £2 for them to buy and trigger it.
