Council - if a JV, then Synairgen would continue to be listed and hopefully we'd see a nice rise in the SP. However, it's not guaranteed if the market thinks the terms of a JV are ultimately bad for them.

If a TO, then the BOD would have to inform the market and shareholders of what has been offered, also saying if they recommend it or not. Then it goes to a vote! Usually the SP will jump to somewhere around the TO price offered.

I don't see a TO coming. Or not before a new trial(s) is announced. JV... maybe. I'm just focussed on SNG getting on a new trial. These days, weeks and months are passing by.

Anyway, for those that talk of rampers on here, I’ve had a (so far successful) small punt on Parsley Box (MEAL). If you want to see what real ramping is all about, just have a read on that BB and Magnus who quite literally posts 100’s of times daily and every few minutes repeatedly saying “this is going to 6p, 7p, 10p…”

It’s another level and we are positively sedate on here with our discussions on how another scientific paper has declared interferon beta the saviour of mankind.

I suppose we’ll find out soon if they have a JV or trial lined up. But if not, I can’t believe it won’t have been for the want of trying. Ultimately, we are relying on others now for a free platform trial, no matter how hard they might be working behind the scenes.

The volume of shares traded today was very small. Calm before the storm? I hope so, and I hope it blows in our favour.

Neil - I’m with you that this is a very unique and unusual situation. I’m cautious because it’s usually us poor PI’s that end up getting burnt! Albeit I’m only in for a small amount.

I suppose what’s to stop Dorren getting all his friends to buy shares up to a certain unreportable % on the basis they vote for the delisting…

xel123 - there is massive pressure on retailers. This is a loss making company that has lost 99% of its value and where £3.5m could be gone very quickly.

I wouldn’t want to hold shares in a private company where they have already said the matched bargain basis of trading could be ceased at anytime. The play here is a very short term one.
As Neil says, we need to see TR1’s landing. If Dorren is sensible, he’ll hold fire until things calm back down and he can mop up shares potentially much cheaper than this.

Dorren never paying 20p. He’d be better off taking a chance on the vote and if it meant losing it and staying a listed company, the market will see it back down to 1p.
