Took Hamm's advice and have been working. Catching up now, but is this true?

If I’m a daft doc, then you are a hopeless Hamm. They’re not going to RNS to deny something a poster on here reckons he’s found and where the SP moved back to where it was a day or so before.

DocD - maybe. But I’d argue the AGM just a few months after sprinter afforded them some grace (I can tell you there were still some very awkward exchanges, a couple of Scottish lads specifically, anyone on here?)
They’ve now had plenty of time and personally I won’t be happy with a “we’re still working at haste” to find a suitable trial blah blah. I’ll want more meat on the bones than that. Especially if they want my (admittedly worthless) vote to agree to their next years worth of remuneration.
In addition, I will be quite happy to tell RM his lack of communication has been at best pretty poor. Again, I agree it won’t necessarily achieve anything but it needs saying.

iamrich - people have been slating the so called derampers here (actually, I’d say there’s only one actual unashamed deramper, BP) but I was critical of MB and wary in December, then guess what, they drop a cash raise bombshell in February with first dibs to institutional investors only… a bit sh1.tty if you ask me. Then I was saying it’s all delays delays delays after MB told us the minister had said 1-3 months from October and that I didn’t believe it. Guess what? It’s been 7 months and counting and still no actual confirmed LP, yes, in black and white.

Happy to continue holding and yes, I did top up considerably in the raise at 2.5p as I believe the risk/reward merits its inclusion in my portfolio, but as I don’t read Mongolian I’ll not be singing until that RNS arrives.

On the face of it, great work by master. But we are all anonymous and for all we know he could be a professional pumper and dumper.

Regarding me apparently selling out, I have still got all my shares. Yes, the ones WOS said to not bother getting from the raise at 2.5p, instead suggesting buying on the open market 20% higher. Tool.

Mani - they need something before the AGM...they must definitely know that. Because I really do fear for them if we get there with nothing. Certainly, Simon Shaw (Chairman), who was questioned last year on why he hadn't stepped aside after so long in the role, would surely come under pressure. As would RM, who has been hard to defend with his complete disappearance act.

Of course it fukkin does. It's market and price sensitive information that is in the public domain that the company
should confirm if true.

MrCosts - very true. I only looked at full year results so missed the interims in September.

If no RNS by morning then it's possible this has been misunderstood. Why? Because the SP has blatantly moved on the back of this document that is in the public domain and if correctly understood, has to be RNS'd.

Historically, full year results have been received anywhere from Feb through to May. So perhaps we're reading too much into it.

However, I still think it slightly intriguing that:

a) they have RNS'd to say full year results are due next week (this has never been done before)
b) it happened immediately following the two best days SP performance we've had for the past year.

If it was some kind of code for a "speeding ticket", why not just say?
