Gunto - I appreciate that. However, Synairgen know better than all of us the level of complexity and you’d like to think have given a reasonable timeframe plus a bit of wiggle room.

I’m still hopeful, and we are early in H1.

Coldjoe - we’re not disappointed because we’re waiting for some standard operational update. We’re disappointed because this has dragged on for years and now the latest “should be resolved soon” is closing in on two months and counting.

I do not think H1 will be missed, but then nothing would surprise me anymore.

But, If H1 is missed (which would be staggering, how after so long they couldn’t get what is a small set of trials going and with all the experts we have working at SNG) then I’d say that is the end of Synairgen as a listed company, and therefore my investment.

Coldjoe, it did go up to 4p+ in anticipation but now it’s dragged on for so long that it’s going back down.

I hadn’t given the AGM much thought., but it really should be announced any day. Last year it was announced on 20th January and held on 15th February.

I’m sure MB is desperately hoping for positive news before holding it.

If an RNS lands tomorrow, it won’t be thanks to any of your research, which has been consistently misleading.

So you need ~20 million shares to get an EGM. Not beyond the realms of possibility. And you can have my vote. But not sure what it’ll achieve other than being able to dress them down. I suppose it could be fun finally seeing MrCosts giving it some.

Daniel - it's not HE1 per se I'm talking about, but more the swings that can happen when you get good/bad news.

I've often said that if we ever do get a monster RNS, that the SP will likely spike massively past where it ends up settling down to after a few days, and then my concern would be a cash raise, despite what others have said about Petrovis and the like offering soft loans (bear in mind, Heron will take a while to start churning out the cash).

HE1 is a good example of this. Sadly, I've not been invested in HE1, but it had an incredible rise from around 0.2p all the way up to 3.3p in the space of a fortnight - I read many posters overjoyed at their 3p+ purchases. It subsequently settled back to around 2.6p before the company announced it had completed a raise, excluding PI's, at 1.5p. It fell to 1.3p and has now closed at 2.3p.

Some wild swings! If we do get the good news, they'll no doubt be big swings here and money to be made/lost.

It's all a bit disappointing from our BOD. I also asked what the expensive hires were doing, and was assured they are all working very hard. Well, why not a little update on whatever they're doing? Other than a 3-minute Proactive message from RM, we've had absolutely nothing. The SP is on the floor, so it's not like it can cause any more harm!?

For anyone else having deja vu, just go back exactly one year on this board. Almost identical comments!!!

That will be getting perilously close to the AGM. Despite what some might claim, the AGM was a frosty affair last year. They cannot possibly go into the next AGM with no tangibly positive news. Unless of course Spacman is right and they have no intention of SNG still being around in its current form, and therefore there won't be an AGM for them to have to worry about.

We discussed it relentlessly. We know this all hinges on us being allowed to extract oil from Heron. Everything else, including new blocks which apparently won’t be explored for years anyway, is irrelevant right now. No Heron, no future. And time continues to tick away. The first week of February is already gone.

Spacman - do we really think it would even take £1 per share now? It would probably take that for me. But I bet the majority would be less than half that.

I’ve previously mentioned this. They have so royally fu!#ed off the regular PI that should they ever need a vote, cash or other help, they’ll be unlikely to get broad support. Madness. And, without wanting to sound like Spacman, I do sometimes wonder if this is because there is something going on behind the scenes that will make us terminally irrelevant. And permanently out of pocket.

I can never remember who originally posted this, but I quoted this to the BOD at the AGM:
