I think you need 10% of shareholders. You can have mine, but I sold 99% of my holding and have barely any left. I could be tempted to bung in £50k just to get some shares to help force this, though!

BB - sorry to burst your bubble but that's a delayed reported trade from 2.37pm when the spread was 2.7/2.8p, so nearer to the sell price. Also, it looks like it dropped the SP to 2.7/2.75p which again would indicate it's more likely to be a sell. Could be wrong, but based on that I'm viewing it as a 1m sell. Perhaps someone who was monitoring L2 at the time can confirm either way.

Just brushing up on the rules and it looks like it's changed to average daily trading (ADT). So, looking at GMET's ADT over the past 30 days, it is 313k shares. The rules state (if I'm looking at the correct ones!) that if your ADT is between 100-500k shares, you can delay reporting till the end of the next trading day if your trade is 120k or larger. In this case, it was 125k shares, so would seem to make sense.

I might be a bit out with some of that details, but that's the broad outline of the rules.

As I wrote that, 2x 250k buys followed immediately by a 500k sell! Whatever it is, something IS going on.

Investor, I still think we have a big seller from the placing. But also you could well be right and there is also usually big clumps of same sized buys in quick succession, as we're seeing again right now, which doesn't fit with the usual PI trading Although if it is for accumulation, then they have 10's of millions of shares now!

Gigi/WOS (whoever it really is that controls these accounts!) - you seem highly critical of BBs and those who frequent them. So why come on here?

Metis - trades over a certain market size (not sure what GMET’s is) are allowed to delay reporting. I’m not up on the latest rules but if say the NMS is 10k shares, and 10x NMS allows you to delay for one market day, this might be an example of that.

I’m not sure what the spread was on Friday as I only follow GMET from afar (I’m a POW holder so look in here) at this time so don’t know if it’s a buy or a sell, but it doesn’t seem to have done any harm to the SP.

Risks?

- PC/MATD/MRPAM not agreeing on their deal. I mentioned weeks back this was my last big concern and while I agree it should get sorted, the fact is it still isn't.

- Construction permit (and any other bl00dy permits we didn't know about!), and the governor who clearly doesn't like us being involved with its granting.

- Landlocked between China and Russia, the two most powerfully corrupt nations on planet earth, isn't ideal.

Plenty more, but I'll get escorted off the board.

On the positive side:

- Mongolia really do need oil and to be independent from those two corrupt neighbours.

- That refinery is going to need filling up somehow.

- We've been through that much sh.1t already, surely MATD is due a break.

- Gobi is exciting and is so big it makes Heron look like a puddle (see page 10 of presentation) and if the apparent big risk of it quite literally being trapped in can be swerved, it could be a genuine game-changer.

- There aren't many other mugs willing to work in Mongolia - just look at the tenders for new blocks and lack of take up!

I could go on, but I'd have to tell myself off for ramping.

Alan - I don't know if that's aimed at me or not, but regardless, stop being so soft. Other than maybe BP's comment on MATD being leaky, there has been no negativity on here today. Just factual talk of a heavy seller(s) stymieing the SP moving higher. Today was even more clear than usual, a nice uptick, about to move through 3p and bang, millions of shares dumped within a few minutes.

Here's another wave of heavy sells. RELENTLESS.
