On the sales, we did have a few at the end there! That 250k block looks most likely, but not too bad. Unless our seller has decided to make it a bit less obvious by trading blocks other than exactly 100k, 250k and 500k in size.

Some nice buying today (as has been the case for weeks) and other than some typical block selling first thing, nothing of note since. If we can make it through this last hour, maybe our seller is done.

Seller still about this morning by looks of it. So this will likely be another day of no progress on the SP front.

What a bizarre RNS. As said below, this isn’t formal confirmation of an AGM with no actual date given. As usual, it’s a complete guess but I reckon to get funding/partnership they are having to clear out the rot. Expecting dilution in some form at the very least.

Another look at the trades, the bid/offer also fell after that 1.5m trade. Unusual if it was a buy. But again, regardless, we are down today. We have a large seller about and no reasonable person can deny that. It’s disappointing because I firmly believe we’d have been north of 4p by now, but this is the problem when MB offers 95% of the placing shares to his mates in the city. PI’s were left with a pitiful amount ($500k?!) and now many shares are in loose hands.

We’ve got to hope there is nothing sinister going on and that PC play ball in contract negotiations, Mongolia play ball with construction permits and we have no bad luck. Oh, and a hit at Gobi would be lovely 🤞

Complete BS. And you know it. That was absolutely a sell. Sales were going through seconds before and after that time at the same price.

Master, demand to buy is there, at a lower price. We are hopefully seeing the real churn from 100’s of millions of new shares being issued. And not anything dodgy like insider trading.

I’m out so can’t stick the trades in a spreadsheet. But I struggle to believe there have been more buys than sells. There’s been so many massive sells. And another delayed 1m+ sale reported just now.

Master - to a degree, yes. But if someone is dumping a lot of shares, the SP will drop to attract the buys and reflect there’s lots of stock about. Just like any market. Investor or Stas will be able to go into more detail than I can right now.

Thornogson - everyone is always wise after the event. I agree, I can’t see much but then there has been plenty over the years with MATD that has delayed us and that we never expected! Nothing is guaranteed.

Thornogson - if we get bad news we’ll be saying “it was obvious from the large sells something was up”. I’m still of the opinion this is selling from the placing, but we are now approaching 100m dumped in the past few weeks, so it has to be multiple sellers. And today really is a step up… previously, it’s been drip fed to protect the SP somewhat. Today, it seems there’s complete disregard for the SP and sell at whatever price. That’s slightly more alarming than previous selling.

Seller is stepping it up here. They are huge sells. Not worried yet, but we’re not going anywhere, except maybe backwards, while this persists.

Maybe the new governor got gifted some shares and is dumping them 😬

If this does all go belly up, I'd potentially be suing Synairgen as we've not be able to make a full and informed decision on whether to remain invested or not, due to lack of communication/AGM.

Is that 100% a buy? It's delayed reporting from 11:15. Price was 2.65/2.70p a few minutes before and I wouldn't put it beyond doubt that an order that size wasn't worked over the preceding 15/30 minutes and is in fact a sell. Either way, it's done diddly for the SP.

Hamm, still just a very larger seller(s) IMO. Another 200k and 300k sold within 14 seconds of each other… surely the same seller. Not being negative. Just facts of where we are right now, we’re not going anywhere until this stops and/or we get blockbuster news.
