Fruits, the cash that Simon Shaw boasted we had in June 2022 to run multiple trials, that a year later we now can’t afford a single trial. Close to £8m down as at 31/12/23 and presumably a fair bit lower than that 9 months on.

It’s all in the recent annual results RNS, including this vital part way down towards the bottom in the going concern section:

“The directors have identified that the Group will need to raise further funds during 2024 in order to conduct the planned Phase 2 clinical trial in mechanically ventilated patients. The ability of the Group to secure a fund raise in 2024 cannot be guaranteed…”

Very clearly, they have stated they need to raise funds. Money isn’t free, as much as my wife likes to think it is.

Dippfs, respectfully disagree. He has not communicated to shareholders nearly enough through the most turbulent few years. And he has overseen our funds dwindling to the point where we have had to massively scale back our ambitions. He has also delayed the AGM by a staggering 3 months!

It really will be quite an event on 10th October.

I also meant to say, I’m guessing they are just negotiating the terms of his exit.

I maintain that RM’s position is untenable. My best guess is that TFG, or whoever is going to end up funding the next trial, wanted rid of PM, SS and surely RM. If he does want to remain, it should be quite some AGM seeing how he tries to justify his position and the fact the money to fund the multiple trials planned last year is gone (presumably just on salaries), not to mention the lack of comms.

WOS - out of interest, how did you feel about the cash raise? The one you were absolutely certain wouldn’t happen?

RNS/interim report absolutely due any day now. Always a nervous event for MATD as an RNS and/or MB speaking tends to have a negative impact SP wise!

Hamm, if you go on Google earth you’ll see there are literally dozens, even hundreds, of oil wells for as far as the eye can see. All spaced a few hundred yards apart of that. So it would be ludicrous for construction planning to be rejected. But this is the corrupt country of Mongolia. Let’s see. But if it is rejected, then it clearly is corruption and I’ll be running for the hills.

Another blitzkrieg of selling this afternoon, multiple blocks sold off within seconds of each other again. Large seller from placing or MM games? Take your pick, but the end result is a continuing downwards SP.
