Either RM is completely oblivious to the current situation (I think he actually might be) and thinks long suffering PI's will happily fork out to cover the shortfall in funds that have been spent on salaries, or they must have the backing of a large investor or company who have said they'll underwrite any raise.

Regardless, it now looks all but sure that they'll be significant dilution.

They obviously didn't read Fruits' email telling them all the ways funds can be raised without dilution.

Very clearly dilution coming. By saying existing shareholders can participate, it means there has to be dilution and this isn’t a case of some BP being unusually generous and paying for it all.

Still a chance I suppose that regardless of a raise and dilution that they’ll be some kind of relief rally, given just what a mess we’ve got ourselves into.

And still astonished RM hasn’t fallen on his sword. Or that there has been no explanation for the dramatic change of plans and lack of money to implement said plans that were delivered last year.

RM surely can't be oblivious to what is going on around him, along with the many calls/emails complaining of lack of communication. You'd think SNG surely have something up their sleeves pre or during the AGM that will satisfy shareholders, otherwise it's going to be a very uncomfortable meeting for him.
