Johnny - not quite that simple. Land use paperwork requires putting together and then signing. We canāt predict the future but we can look at history as a guideā¦ therefore this might take a little while yet.
Dozzawba - I donāt know if youāre throwing me into that bucket. I donāt have an issue with WOSās āintelā and research. Itās his passive aggressive posting and shutting down of anyone who disagrees with him as well as his stalking and disruption on other boards. For all his intel, heās been wrong wrong wrong for over a year. My concerns of corruption, bureaucracy, continuing delays etc have sadly been right but because itās not happy clappy Iām mocked and shot down. Water off a ducks back for me, but Iāll continue to call WOS out.
R&H, No bitterness here. I have my shares and have done for a long time. Too long.
Masterā¦
āLast year I rectified the info I gave.ā Only after youād spiked the SP and got some investors suckered in!
āWhy are you here?ā To contribute to the debate, offer a different opinion and challenge my own thinking among other things.
āAre you even invested?ā Yes, you know this.
āGo and do some research.ā You and WOS do a grand job of scouring the web! I couldnāt possibly compete.
āWas I misleading yesterdayā A bit. You were making out everything is sorted. Thereās more paperwork to be drawn up and more signatures needed. As someone said earlier, Mongolia has a habit of finding new paperwork and processes that need completing. As of right now, we still cannot proceed.
So far Iāve been right to be cautious with timescales, certainly more right than WOS despite all his incredible āintelā and my limited research and investment acumen!
Ah, the old WOS trick, losing the argument so letās go for a low blow and pick on a stock that hasnāt so far worked out to try and dismiss their credibility. From the person who clearly has a perfect track record of picking winners and so told their kids to invest their hard earned in a Mongolian oil stock that āhas a track record of non-deliveryā š
This board is toxic and I recall last year politely asking Master82 what in one of his finds meant we were apparently all systems go and about to hit 15p? I was mocked and told I was stupid for not being able to understand it. The SP shot up IIRC c.30%+ before promptly falling all the way back down. Master had got it all wrong and it was effectively a pump and dump. Iāll keep calling out what I see as nonsense and misinformation.
If this does go belly up, Iāll also take the consolation prize that your smug a55 will be brought down a peg or two.
And Ojay, youāre just a š© licking nonentity.
Thornogson - by that logic we should be thanking Pol Pot for promoting egalitarianism and equal rights. Weāll just forget about some of his misdemeanours.
And yes, I donāt trawl through Google search. I much prefer to attend AGMs and the like but sadly, despite being listed in the UK and incorporated in the Isle of Man, they are held in Mongolia with no other face to face meetings held with UK investors, who Iām guessing must form a fair chunk of the share register.
Additionally, youāre failing to mention that WOS has been mostly wrong for the past year, shuts down any attempt at debate, stalks members and disrupts other boards.
But you keep defending WOS.
Ojay - maybe Iām the Simon Cowell of this board and WOS is the happy clappy Louis Walsh, where everyone is a superstar in the making. But when Simon gives praise, you know they must be the real deal. So when I finally say that MATD is in the clear and will make us all millionaires, Iām sure itāll carry more weight that when WOS says it for the umpteenth time! š
āFirst - EXCELLENT RNS because it allow OPERATIONS TO GO AHEAD! š ā
Indeed. But only once the paperwork is prepared and then signed. Let us all hope that this set of paperwork and the signing of it is done much much quicker than all previous paperwork.
Would be nice for MB to do a Proactive interview and have a few questions put to him.
Thornogson - as always, I hope you're right. Let's hope that this paperwork doesn't take months to draw up and that the Provincial governor doesn't stir up the activists to block the site!
"I see no apologies after all abuse - no problem and did not expect from such people."
WOS - can we start producing oil? YES or NO?
I'll tell you - No! There is paperwork (that hasn't even been prepared yet) that needs signing.
As said already, if the Mongols had a better track record, I'd be pleased. But I'm very wary this is more delays.
Roxy - Indeed. I would be more confident had we not been here many times before. As it stands right now, we still can't do anything and more paperwork needs signing. And we know how long signing paperwork takes in Mongolia!
This is positive if you believe:
1. The Local authorities will prepare and sign the paperwork quickly, and...
2. The Provincial governor won't try to block anything.
If you wanted to be really negative or cynical with your thinking, then you could say this spike is a good opportunity for MB to do a raise at a reasonable SP just in case either or both of the above points go wrong.
Thornogson - I wonder what power the Provincial Governor (who clearly has no time for MATD) to block the local authority and its processes? And, will the local authority be able to "prepare" the paperwork quicker than all other previous paperwork!?
Effectively, the company is seeking to bypass the Provincial governor and requirement for the State Special Purpose Land certificate by going to the locals and obtaining a Land Use Agreement from the local District authorities:
"A land use agreement is now being prepared which, once signed, will allow 2024 operations to go ahead commencing with completion operations on the Heron 1 well."
However, it has not been signed or even prepared yet. MATD are also clearly concerned the Provincial authorities might try to block anything:
"We are hopeful that the Provincial authorities, who are holding up the Special Purpose Certification of the Exploitation Area, will not disrupt in any way the District's approval process, but we remain vigilant."
