DocD - I cannot remember if it was the Q&A or afterwards in the informal post AGM chat, but I was certainly told by SS/RM that the US NIH were far easier to deal with than our own MHRA. Although it seems neither are too bothered about SNG001!

I must say, I am still a little surprised that the US never gave us another chance, given that we were one of only a few to have actually passed the ACTIV-2 P2 trials. All that time, effort and money seemingly for nothing. I appreciate the reasons why ACTIV-2 specifically was canned but it seemed like they were still looking to trial it, but taking into consideration things like change in SOC.

Prof - TFG have doubled their holding since the SPRINTER failure. I'd say that's conviction. Bidding outright for a company is a whole different matter.
