Hasn’t history with MATD taught us to be cautious? We’re usually let down. Somehow, I just can’t see the next RNS being something along the lines of everything has gone swimmingly and we’ve received $2m already for our oil. Oh how I’d like to be wrong, and I’d happily take all the flak on here.

Reasons why production might be less, issues controlling the gas pressures, lack of storage, maybe my idea that they should choke production back so that it encourages MG/PC to get their ar5es into gear, or issues between those pair that MB alluded to multiple times in the July presentation, maybe yet another permit they forgot about. Or something else we’ve again not thought of or been warned about beforehand.

I honestly can’t see how MB can do a raise with the SP languishing at 1.5p. It would be done at 1p or less. I firmly believe they’ll be a raise but he’s got to get this SP up somehow, probably from good news re the MG/PC deal.

Otherwise I think he should do why I said the other day - shut down all production until the deal is sorted and we get paid for our oil. Simply, it costs money to produce oil, money which we don’t have. Make the MG and Pc suffer by also missing out on cash to be made.

The key bit here… in storage. As it stands, we have received no income. So Gusto is right on this. I’d also argue, as it stands, that’s he’s broadly right with H2 and definitely Gobi, ie, they were disappointing to say the least and certainly not able to contribute, at least right now, to MATD.

You do realise that RNS'able, market sensitive news, especially leakable news like a deal being struck, has to be RNS'd immediately!

Taking part in a raise is not a Director dealing. As evidenced on Bloomberg and LSE itself.

There hasn't been any director deals for years. And why would they when they know there's an annual raise at a discount they need to save for.

As for MB, said this many times - if he didn't participate in the raise it would look terrible and might even mean no raise completing, i.e. he'd be out of a job. So well worth him putting $100k in to secure his $500k annual package.

To be fair, other than the utter scum like TBT, I honestly find this board quite entertaining. With disappointment year after year, I genuinely now expect the worse and hope for the best.
