Abzzba, given the time taken so far (already 6 months?) and past issues that have needed resolving and the time taken, I don’t think it is beyond the realms of possibility that this could drag on for many more months yet. We can’t let cash run down to below £1m because that is too close for comfort and would also make raising money potentially difficult. So this has to be resolved soon.

Abzzba, if PC/MG can’t come to an agreement at all or anytime say within the next 6 months, we will be out of cash. Where else could we therefore sell our oil to, to ensure we didn’t need another raise?

Thornogson, we were talking about charts and how Investor33 says the SP typically goes up in the new year. Do keep up.

In fact, looking at those numbers if we are negative in January, sell. Because things typically get far worse in February!

I went back 10 years and have looked at the SP performance from 1st Jan to end of Jan, Feb and March:

2015 to 31st January/28th Feb/31st March: +52.9%/+44.4%/+155.6%

2016: 0.0%/-24.0%/-32.0%

2017: +155.4%/+333.4%/+238.5%

2018: -40.0%/-15.8%/-11.2%

2019: +43.1%/+136.3%/+126.7%

2020: -15.6%/-17.1%/-46.8%

2021: -8.6%/-27.0%/-35.4%

2022: +22.3%/+24.8%/+20.0%

2023: -4.9%/-31.5%/-13.8%

2024: -8.5%/-26.8%/-3.7%

In summary, in all of those dates we were only up in the new year 4 years out of 10. And often the SP got progressively worse!

I33, we’re at 1.5p because yet another year has passed by with zero revenue and more delays. We can dress it up all we like and say we’ve made progress, and next year will be our year. But yes, another year gone and everyone closer to being 6ft under 😂

Fruits, I bought back a few so I had something vaguely worthwhile when attending the AGM. I did communicate that here. But it was a fraction of my previous holding that I sold, at a big loss and well down from my average in price, like most here. So yes, we’re not talking life changing sums of money to take part in the open offer.

I’m probably leaning towards taking part, partly because it is chicken feed, and also because I think at some point between now and the P2 interims the price will be higher than 2p. I’m just trying to take the emotion out of it because there is no doubt PI’s have been treated dreadfully, and I have no doubt will continue to be.

Out of interest, are you pleased with this financing solution, given you were talking about innovative alternatives?

I honestly haven’t decided yet. Thought I’d enjoy Christmas and New Year first. But as said below, LTHs are being wiped out and this has to now be judged as if starting back at square one… can I make money from here? Probably.

But as far as the BOD and RM are concerned, they have been appalling these last few years. Zero communication, poor decision making and the cash we had post sprinter just frittered away on nothing. Nearly three years and £20m to come to the conclusion they need c.£20m for another trial!

It’s indefensible, so please don’t try. You’ve been wrong wrong wrong all the way along.

Mani - I think they’ll be enough uptake to mean we won’t delist. But you’re right that LTHs are all but wiped out by this. And RM and SNG, if we didn’t already know, are controlled by TFG. The most frustrating thing… we had this amount of cash post sprinter failure. It was the near 3 years of nothingness that’s has meant the coffers have run dry and we’ve now had to give the company away to TFG or face complete extinction.

It’s all about the SP. We were 4p at the start of this year, now 1.45p and with a zillion more shares in issue, meaning it’s even more difficult to get back to that level. It quite literally is always jam tomorrow with WOS and Co.

Forget being wise, be realistic. If all of the positive news this year has meant a 65% fall, what’s for example eeking Heron 2 up to 80 going to do?
