DQE approached. And then walked away. $100k stock in a placing otherwise they’d never be able to raise a penny ever again. 8m buys, we don’t know for sure what they were and they certainly haven’t done anything for the SP.

Are they delisting for the benefit of the regular PI? Absolutely not.

Yes, those 2x 4m “buys” did wonders for the SP. Except I doubt those were legit buys. Came out of the blue, both within seconds of each other…hmm. Maybe a switch between two linked accounts, MM manipulation or some other shenanigans going on. But I seriously doubt it was a regular PI who has logged on and just put through two such buys.

TBT, if you’re so confident then why give yourself a hernia stressing about what people say on here? I know the answer!

Current share price I would guess would mean a raise at 1p or less, and a 10 for 1 consolidation.

I’m still convinced there has been some kind of skullduggery at play with trading on this share, and that without it we’d have been at least 3p+ already. MB must be cursing the SP and time is running out for it to recover before a raise is needed that at these SP levels would wipe many a LTH out, possibly forever, unless willing to average down considerably.

Yes, WOS has disappeared a few times for extended periods over the 2 years he has been here. Incredible the support he has from many on here.

But I have also suspected and postulated that the MG want MATD to go bust/clear off somehow so that they can have their oil to themselves or negotiate better terms with someone else who can’t claim back $millions in costs from them. Of course, they can’t make it blatantly obvious hence the “support”…maybe have a quiet word with PC/DQE and tell them to report back duff results for H2 and Gobi so it adds more pressure. I suppose it’s possible they’ve given up with the tenacious Mike Buck and are trying a different tactic. Who knows. What I do know, we’re nearly in February and still no $$$’s have hit the MATD bank account.

In all seriousness, one of the more concerning things is the effort put in by some on here to ramp this. The likes of WOS and now abzzba, Velocoraptor etc just copy and pasting the same essays multiple times per day… they must be nervous and so it makes me nervous. If you were that confident, you wouldn’t sit on an anonymous BB all day trying to convince others.

WOS, look at the 1yr chart. It's dismal. And clearly shows there has been more selling than buying.

Even 50 bopd is just not commercial. Sorry. Maybe just about for PC who have massive scale and don't have to pay some of their revenue to a third party like we'll have to.

Worth noting Progressive also gave this same (maybe a bit more?) estimate two years ago!

The problem with being delisted is that TFG could insist only they provide the funding at a measly valuation to further dilute other investors, and you're powerless to stop it.

Or maybe we don't want an echo chamber and to challenge our thinking/logic.

And it's absolutely fair that management are held to account... they're paid by shareholders to do a job.

The basics?

We have one well currently producing just ~200 bopd. Simply, that is not enough to cover the tea and biscuits and MB's penthouse apartment in Singapore.

We need to massively increase production at H1 and to get another well or two going at least.

Borzon is going to cost. I don't know why we are doing this - all efforts, time and money should be spent solely on developing the Heron field, IMO. Once the bank account is swelling and we are financially sustainable, only then should we have signed up to more exploration.

I suppose the question is then, are we at the lows?!
