I would agree with this, I think (from what I know) your ownership remains insured as tied to the gold you own rather than the company itself. The company acts like a broker in a sense. The gold is your no matter what. That's as I understand it.

But Ralph will clarify I'm, sure. Might be a good idea to ask them to embed this question into the T&Cs or on a separate FAQs page. I'd again endorse the idea of a forum on the Tally website for users and investors to discuss the product.

The thing to do is contact Ralph or Tally support.

If any gold-bearing account with any company went belly up the question would be the same - Goldmoney, Glint, etc. Their terms may differ slightly between companies and across countries.

Actually the clue was in yesterday's RNS (which I failed to pick up on until today) as Tally has a TM next to it. Doh.

In fairness, not everyone is signed up to the mailing list or checks Investigate under 'company' or (it would seem) bothers to check back over the day's posts here to find any links provided.

I'd have thought any longtermer keen on seeing their money back would be signed up to everything in order to keep up to date. I know I am.

With respect, I think you have a peculiar attitude for someone with a good deal of supposed LT money tied up in this. If I was as longterm as you say you are I'd be delighted at the thought that this may even come back, after the nightmare we've endured.

I absolutely take the points about relisting not being nailed on and of course caution should be taken. But I still maintain that people are okay to remain hopeful if they want. It's either that or make yourself ill with worry. Which option would you prefer? To never see your money again? Because it sounds like it.

Thanks bigmj. I'm certainly not desperate for my money, but it does concern me that we keep regressing back, purely because it makes the BoD look indecisive.

On the plus side I felt that the emergence of the Tally app in the GP store was a real watershed moment and we turned a corner into something more tangible.

bigmj, can we make it so that this 'committment' relisting stays put and doesn't get shifted back to 2020. Where does this end please?

It's not that I'm not excited or 100% behind the concept, but the goalposts have been moved so much and this is peoples money being toyed with. Can we at least keep to a deadline? It would work wonders for shareholder confidence, since being kicked out of our ISAs didn't exactly reap any benefits.

Like I said I don't think we'll be getting an uptick in comms proper until the new personnel are in place and trained up in these !superduper! job roles. The PR one doesn't even close until (end of?) April. I think only the bare minimum will be relayed to us until we start to see Tally as a trading entity again.

Even Railsbank hasn't issued news since December, on its own blog, despite the Cross River deal, should-rubbing presentations, etc. If it were me I'd be singing all those recent events from the rooftops, especially if I had my own built-in blog, which LION/Tally Money should think about as an added info platform.

Sometimes even the busiest of these firms fall behind on the comms.

My sentiment's never been so high with LION (currently level: cautiously optimistic). :)

No way, he's had it coming for ages.

I've blocked him so I don't have to see it anymore. Constructive criticism is fine but he goes way beyond that every time. The guy's a massive narcissist.
