What makes me smile is the sheer number of new people that flood out of nowhere when there's neutral or poor news to tell everyone this and that on AIM are dead ducks, only to contradict themselves and say they'll buy in as and when. Then you never see them again. They all leave in one go.

It's a noticeable pattern.

It is overdone when that replication hasn't even been proven yet, and traders/whatever they are and mms are treating it like the end of days.

You know most things deserve a second chance to see if they can prove themselves as anomalies happen and especially in medicine.

It is what it is. They tried. It's not necessarily undoable but they have to find another route.

All the overcooked panic is completely fake headless chicken stuff, designed to drive the sp right down to nothing which then presents as attractive for bargain hunters, who buy huge amounts as a 'punt', taking it back up as and when.

Like any other AIM share, where nothing is set in stone, good news often follows bad news or a new direction or deal/collab selected and rinse, repeat. The only stupidity I can see is those jumping off a cliff right now, devaluing their own investment. The company is hardly folding. It just got 50/50 results, which it's looking to rectify.

You'd think the earth was ending with these silly overdone drops and panics.

They're not saying anything, that's just me surmising it MAY be a reason, given that I've dealt with processing delays before.

Sheesh, it just seems like most of you want to slam this constantly. I give up with this website. It's just constant negativity and nitpicking. You're not allowed to have a modicum of hope without it being slammed.

It's not really a public launch until the cards are ready, and if they're not and that's outside Tally control, there's not much they can do but some basic social media promo.

I'm not expecting miracles just yet. It's still early days and the real push has clearly not started. I think that can only happen when they have a full package to show off of app and cards, fully functioning.

Probably because Tally is doing what it's been told to do, pass on the shareholder concerns to admin. Tally front desk isn't there to sort shareholder concerns out. If LION don't answer e-mails (when did they ever?) then it's a case of picking up the phone or making an appointment. Poor comms but what's new with that side of LION. However, I do think they're transitioning and there is more going on in the background than we are aware of.

I'm currently chasing up money from a very big, established company who are just ignoring me yet still sending me useless mailshots. So it's not just these small companies that get chaotic.

Might also be worth noting that the apparent card delay to the end of April might not be a Tally decision. They're at the whims of the card company and their could be supply issues or printing backlogs.

I understand there's always a desire to bash CP and I'll be right there with you should this project go belly up and we also fail to relist but not everything is going to be in his control. Especially external sources who are subject to other influences. This is a new startup and it's not going to be able to just wave a magic wand and get everything perfect but as long as they hit the goals within a decent timeframe then that's about all I can ask for at this stage.

Thing is, it's not going to happen in the midst of the latest forum flap.

We've all been here long enough to know that updates trundle in and tend to be a roundup of various events. To be honest I'm not worried. I'll panic towards September if we've heard nothing. It's still early ad I have no doubt they are genuinely trying to get the app and cards out first. Brexit MAY be having an impact on these decisions although I don't think it should. But I'm not in the boardroom.

I don't want them to keep kicking the can down the road and comms have been appalling but there is now light at the end of the tunnel. Where there wasn't before. They do tend to come through, albeit late in the day.

His presence here was an occasional luxury to us, not a necessity. The man runs his own businesses and has a life of his own. Him not patting your brow doesn't mean there's anything wrong.

I did say and do expect timeframes to shift some here and there and the product to now take best part of the year (at least that wouldn't surprise me). If it gets up and running before then we'll all be celebrating. Let's see what happens over the coming weeks and months.

No idea, but given that there are people out there screaming 'crook' and 'scam' all over the place, he seems to be at a designated, legit place of work an awful lot.

Well, when people have rung the LION office recently it's pretty much often been CP answering the phone so I don't think he's entirely focused on FE.

I'd imagine him and Ralph being the one to set the direction for the product and probably being the ones to visit the mines than the front of house Tally squad now in place. But indeed, the proof will be in the pudding. If they can pull off a global coup with Tally then who knows...

Listen, if you're taking your cues of places like ADVFN, you need to stop. Even here, all these are are discussion forums for anonymous posters. They carry no more weight than Twitter or blokes chewing the fat down the pub.

To Slugmum, I suspect this is where CP's City networking expertise will come into play. I'm pretty sure him and Ralph won't have been sitting there twiddling their thumbs. They'll have been strategising on how to best push this out and to whom, using what means. Else why bother taking on a fuller team with customer service and a front desk? It takes the pressure of those jobs off someone else so they can focus on other things.

From what I can tell, the dispute was filed as a 2-month extension to, or alongside the initial challenge. The 2-month extension (from whoever was challenging us) would take us into around the second week of March. I now cannot find the page as I didn't keep the link so would have to dig it out again but as Tally seems to be all tallyho! atm I can only assume the challenge has come to nothing by now? I think they only have that 2-month window in which to extend their challenge then that's it afaik.

But this may be what's held up a GM on a name change, until they have that out of the way. Having said that, we're still dealing with the core of LION here. Just because we have a new, more efficient, responsive outer Tally team doesn't mean the inner, old corporate LION isn't going to take its own sweet time deciding when GMs happen and when they inform everyone of anything. So I wouldn't get hopes up for mega fast corporate stuff unless it's actually coming from the Tally side of things. The LION side I pay basic lip service to. Having said that CP does get round to things.
