As far as I'm aware Chong has not informed the police nor is he likely to. Nor will the FSA do much I suspect, as it's not their jurisdiction.

I've been here a long time too and it was always a bottom drawer share for me but I do get tired of the cries of scam! any time the sp falls.

The product itself is very good. We're talking pharma here which is notoriously slow and notoriously tricky. I completely understand that AIM investors constantly think they're being ripped off in what is an admittedly pretty awful and badly-regulated market these days but most companies go through lean/dry or disappointing periods. I think we're all adult enough not to be waving the 'scam' tag around. It's simply how it is, company is trying to refine a very good product but there'll be ups and downs along the way. It may fail, we don't know, but it won't be for lack of trying.

And of course he's going to big his product up and try to make the disappointing RNSs have a positive slant. So would you if you wre Chair/CEO. Because you wouldn't want this volatile, trader-driven shorters market to decimate your sp overnight. And even then it still gets decimated. A lot of the time nobody can win on AIM and you just have to either take the loss and move on or stick it out and hope things will come good.
