apparently the Russians go on Holiday around the 28th for the new year, but that's next Monday, would hardly seem worth it after the weekend, so that leaves this week. I imagine the company will be politely asking by Wednesday for the DFS, so it can be announced before our close of business..
Just speculating.

What was being requested in the DFS would absolutely be known by the board and would have been shown to a purchaser, the board stated that the work they had done previously was sufficient for the DFS to be submitted and approved, no guess work involved. However until its signed off its not official so you wait until its official.

we will be two days closer to the DFS at which time we will have a much clearer idea of how much wealthier we actually are!!! Which I think is bloody marvellous!!! Beats socks and aftershave for Christmas!!

How is that retainer paid, 1 off, weekly, monthly, quarterly??? If its other than a 1 off then I imagine the only reason they are still on the books after 6 months is because they are doing something useful.
Would DLA piper and UBS and the Nomad allow EUA to string them along if no deal was forthcoming I wonder?

Why? There is a DFS coming with a resource upgrade. More plausible than a steadying RNS, what would you like them to say in that, " there there its all going to be just fine."

They wouldn't do it if they did not think there was a decent rise coming.

A quick calc I did earlier with Pd to Pt at 2:1 on 22.6 million ozs as per presentation. Current prices and $350 per oz costs adjusted for 80% ownership was $30 billion profit...nothing else chucked in at all.

Hmmmm let me think! I'm not surprised the FSP is still on going. Metals prices are going to fly and it's clear the opportunity presented out there is huge. Valuing one commodity is tricky. Here there are a dozen? Dmitry said we are in good shape with our basket of metals. What an understatement.

As for offer nonsense, have you not seen the proactive interview with Dimitry, where he bench marks the other recent deals, and specifically states don't come to us with silly low offers.
What about the ACF report which you dismissed as paid for.... our board paid for it...the ones you say you trust....whether it was paid for or not does not invalidate its content or the industry accepted methodologies used to come up with a valuation within.
