EUA read these boards daily ( i was told this by EUA) they know how you are feeling. The DFS is down to the Russian State and i'm sure when they released the last RNS they did so having checked for themselves on the timetable. They would be foolish not to have done. I don't think they are foolish. Hold tight and if its late its not down to EUA.

we only have rights over the 15m flanks and the 5km zone around that, beyond that we hold no licences as i understand it.

Dont forget the 50sqm flanks project at WK as well as the 24KMsq Tipil licence, all to be included in the DFS. Target output 64Kozs per annum, or circa $64,000,000 at current prices with a mine life of 20 years. Definitely only worth $33,000,000.

What i read on an FSP, it can be organised in such away as to create competition, so bids don't have to be in at the same time or necessarily revealed to rival bidders in order to drive up the bid. So bids don't have to be announced if the board are still "in the process".

not sure that a formal bid has to be RNSd under the FSP if the FSP is structured to allow counter offers. Either way a formal bid will be subject to the DFS being fully signed off and in EUAs possession if its for the whole company and that hasn't happened yet, but its due anyday now.

Nothing gets past you Onassis, you do realise the RNS said by the end of the year and not Christmas, you did read that bit right? You do realise its a Russian Government Agency and not the company that's responsible for the timing?
