i believe DM is "enthusiastic" and not dishonest fundamentally. Operationally they've done well and the reasons why flathead is not being cleaned and stimulated were well explained. Like i said if something comes up and Bo thinks lets not push the timeline for any given reason,then as a small company thats probably the best course of action, its 4-8 weeks in the grand scheme of things which is nothing at all.

No idea where the Lunn resigning info comes from other than hes being put under pressure. Hes engaging very reluctantly with reasonable requests which as shareholders people are within their rights to do.

And for clarity, it was known he was amenable to joining the board nearly two weeks before the RNS, which camp do you think that came from? That being the case whose influence do you think on balance was part of that?

Thats one of the issues being argued about, who really got him onboard. Some believe Lunn, others believe not Lunn.

Company has been approached about the AGM, if no satisfactory answer with a timeline given, then an EGM will be sought. Satisfactory answer includes adding resolutions that as shareholders they are legally entitled to make and now the timeline issue is no longer a factor there should be no more BS waffle answers saying no. The question of proving shareholding was just a delaying tactic as well.

its not his sole job though is it. 1 month is only 20 days and you dont know that hes getting any cooperation in that board room. Another week or so im hoping, after that ill be concerned.

you dont like DM and question and criticize everything he says but the bottom line is this is a small company thats going in to production in the near future and most never get that far. If im Bo Sears im keeping my options open if it serves the company best in the long run. Whatever the ins and outs of comms which you seem to be fixated on, wont alter the outcomes which are all operational, and either you trust Bo Sears or you dont.

Timbo, dont think we will hear anything this week although with every passing week we should be getting to the point where RM makes his presence felt. Im sure hes had a lot to catch up on, but cant be long before he shows his hand.

The letter was a load of obfuscation, they proved their holding, what happened was that Lunns Lawyers advised him that as shareholders they have rights to table resolutions and that by not abiding by the companies articles of association and giving the necessary 6 weeks notice of an agm, he would have been in breech of contract (thats what the articles are in effect) in preventing the shareholders tabling resolutions. All the resolutions at the AGM would then have been void and Lunn would have had a claim for damages against him by shareholders making his position as Chairman untenable. Google it.

TG have done nothing except to ask for resolutions to be added to the AGM, they were refused on the basis that it needs six weeks notice, they were given four weeks notice of the agm,a Lunn mistake,his next was to fail to get the accounts out in time despite him RNSing things were progressing....again nothing to do with TG. Lunns mistake. Remember Hepran ive caught you out lying on here before and pulled you on it. Not sure why you did it but people should try sticking to the facts and not their childish grievances.

Rob do you work for Lunn? Because its a bit suss he responds to your emails and ignores all other attempts to engage with shareholders.

Newuncle....call the EGM? You would need an organised group of investors prepared to do the necessary work to protect their investment and treat each other with respect and discuss matters without resorting to insults. Do you know of such a group?

Is this Lunn realising hes out of his depth, breaking several rules re Companies Act and the AGM? Are we really sure the auditors have made this statement to Lunn or is this Lunn's issues causing this and being portrayed as the auditors fault. No nomad here so he can say what he likes in an RNS, he has been completely unproffessional in his ststements to date with the asspertions hes cast.
