He says hes bound by the Bolivians...i imagine that the Brines have arrived and testing and tweaking is ongoing, its the best solution for all concerned if it can be made to work which i believe is already happening in the US with other companies.

The brines were initially due circa October but then got delayed until January as i recall, if they did not arrive Clon would have had to issue an RNS to that effect surely.
