youre right about the TG group, they have worked hard to get RM on the board and it was discussed there weeks ago, it was known he was amenable to the idea back then. How did we know that? Because members including the 12p placee were in discussions with Tom who is close to RM. The hate for the TG group on here is laughable, at the last count they represent over 25% of the shareholding in the company. THE GV deal is critical to PPP, the idea that Lunn who inherited his position suddenly did the deal with GV is far fetched, it takes longer than that to work these things out espescially as the relationship is for 30 years.

i posted the resolutions tabled by the TG group to the company yesterday, one of which was to ask the company and its legal counsel to make a statement at the AGM on these alleged previous preferential payments to Petroquest or any other independent party.

Does that sound like Tom has anything to hide? More to the point where has it ever said that Tom was being looked at? You ought to be more careful with what you say, you have no proof of what you have alleged.

1) That Thomas Michael Evans be and hereby is appointed as a director of the Company.

2) that Robert Menzel be and hereby is appointed as a director of the Company.

3) that the company make all reasonable efforts to appoint to two suitable non executive directors to the Company to create robust, balanced and effective Board

4) that the Company provides a statement at the annual general meeting from the Company's legal counsel on previous preferential payments to Petroquest or any other independent party.

5) that any directors appointed between the date of the notice and the date of the general meeting shall be removed from office as a director of the of the company with immediate effect.

The individuals nominated to hold office as directors of the company under resolutions 1 and 2(inclusive) (above) give their consent to their appointment as directors of the Company and there is no known lawful impediment to any of these individuals holding office as directors of the Company.

These are the resolutions tabled to the company, you will be able to verify the truth of these when your brokers send them to you to vote on.
