Jim - I know why I filtered you and joe now, the rediclous accusations of being a paid poster. I am here only as a shareholder of SAVP with the aim of providing a better future for me, my wife and two young children. I hope to add an opinion and useful research to help others who don’t have the time to do the research and can consider this as a hobby as well as investment. Still expecting trading tomorrow unless the company tells us otherwise, via an RNS. The only reason for a delay would be due to considerable demand for the shares and the opportunities that present themselves as per today’s RNS. Imo

‘It appears from the RNS that they were not able to raise the money on Friday.’ Why do you think the bookbuild wasn’t closed at 5pm on Friday and that they didn’t manage to build the book? I can find nothing in the RNS that says this. If anything they have confidently reduced the total equity placing to $220m. They are having to add this strategic partnership to the admission document which could have led to the delay of any announcement imo.

There is a restriction in place as to how much can be placed via a private equity placing. Raising too much money would lead to the SNN’s receiving a higher price, thus increasing the cost of the agreed transaction. See SE presentation. I have unfiltered everyone now, festive spirit and mind boggling good news :-)

Buffy, this will have to be worked out by the book builders as the placing has been reduced to $220m. They may ask the institutions to revise their offer. But ultimately with less stock on offer in should increase the raise price, if it wasn’t already at 50p. IMO

What can I say, the indicative raise price should change to reflect a better funded/endorsed company. I am absolutely buzzing with excitement!

I was surprised to see that the company intended to tell us what the raise price was the day before this is set to trade again. When I have looked at other Readmission’s following an RTO the raise price, admission doc and readmission to trading all happened as one announcement and the shares started trading as soon as the marker opened. Could it be that given the level of information in the admission document and that the book build finished at close of play on the last working day of the week, we could expect an after hours RNS tonight, prior to trading tomorrow.

For this week and the future prospects for this stock. As many have summarised nicely over the last couple of working days, this stock promises to offer significant upside potential, it will stand out from its peers its 2018 that’s for sure. When you consider its cash balance on completion of the placing and the agreed transaction, the pending news flow, cash generation and broker coverage. I am hopeful of a significant rerating to the proposed new market cap of 375/400m. It’s not to consider the share price itself but the respective market capitalisation that enables us to consider how undervalued this stock will be imo. The rerating to the stock should lead to either a gradual or more likely aggressive revaluation imo. Name me one other company of SAVP’s size that has managed to undertake such a complicated RTO, on the scale of SE/SAVP? The credentials of this board, contrary to what some disappointed investors might think, is excellent IMO.
