Arrangements So the equity placing shares are locked in for 12 months from admission of the second tranche of shares in early February. The shares issued to the SNN’s are then locked in for 6 months. This is an important consideration now that those that wanted to sell got out yesterday. When reading the admission document I see far more positives than negatives. Additional future funding from the warrants and proposed strategic partnership ($152.5m) also ensures that we have potential access to significant future funding over the next 25 months. WARNING Those that haven’t read the admission document yet. I have a funny feeling that this won’t be the last RTO, so don’t whinge if this gets suspended again in the future saying you were never told. This company will become a multi billion dollar company in the not to distant future imo.

So after all that joe, you are still holding 50% of your original position. You must be expecting the share price to go up?

The funny thing is, once a share is on someone’s radar, it’s always on their radar. Sentiment is a funny thing and as soon as someone sells a share thinking they will be able to buy in cheaper, as soon as it starts going back up, they buy in again. Watch this space. That’s the thing, why not close it at 10pm today. ‘Shortly thereafter’, to me is as good as until we confirm the date definitively. ‘Spectacular’ great post earlier.

What makes anyone think that the company will be trading tomorrow? What have I missed? ‘Institutional bookbuilding (the "Bookbuild") will continue today, and is expected to close at 7.30 a.m. (London time) on 22 December 2017, with the publication of the Company's final Admission Document and restoration of Savannah's shares to trading expected to follow shortly thereafter.’ Honest question, I’m stuck? 07:30 is an odd time for a bookbuild to finish so they must be confident it’s in the bag. But the new admission document which lays out the new share register/structure will still need to be approved and then it’s got to start trading. All in 30 minutes from the close of the bookbuild. The markets close at 12:30 tomorrow.... I hope this is the case, but....

Suspension, and based on a successful drilling campaign of lets say 2/3 oil discoveries, what was your initial target price? It would be interesting to know what upside people were expecting before the dilution? Pijoe and others, I would like to know what price you would have put on the above scenario?

Well, aduk, that’s the most sensible post I have seen you post to date, couldn’t agree more, apart for the readmission. If the transaction doesn’t proceed then the proceeds from the placing will be used for drilling in Niger which is why I think they have hit a stumbling block when it comes to the larger bookbuild. As Malcy has said it’s a complicated transaction.

Pijoe - I agree with the net cash position. I also cannot argue that this deal is a long way short of what I was expecting, but I also think this deal still presents value and makes 2018 a very exciting year for SAVP shareholders. What would be more disastrous is if the transaction fell through given the fact we are already balls deep in legal costs etc.
