I was sorry to see IMM shareprice over the last few days, it destroyed many dreams. Could be a different story here, long term.

NR seems pretty active on social media and I think will be very aware of how he needs to maintain this momentum. Fingers crosssd for an RNS this week, it�s going to get very interesting for sure.

I am unsure burton, to be honest, by listing the company, Versarian would potentially be getting a smaller piece of the pie due to an increased number of shareholders in comparison to a privately owned company. Having said that this will not be the last production facility in China so funding for the wholly owned company/joint venture (future expansion) and local public awareness of VRS in Hong Kong wouldn�t hurt. Regardless, China has a business model that it has already proposed to NR which translated into a LOI, he must like what he sees. NR said on his most recent Vox market interview, China had a requirement that they haven�t met and therefore they have approached VRS. It has been speculated that his requirement is in relation to Graphene quality, but to build a 100,000 square ft production facility suggests to me that their could be a pending order that meets the quality and volume requirements. Pure speculation but regarless I can�t wait to find out more.

When listening to NR’s most recent Vox markets call I got the impression from what he said that VRS intend to use Hong Kong as a base to replicate this deal across China and abroad? This separate holding company that will be a JV partner could be privately or publicly listed? (NR - twitter - no comment). For me this is a buy and I will continue buying this as and when funds come available. This significant increase in the share price is because the market has been caught out with its pants down and is starting to realise that with how well connected VRS has become, with its market leading production process, this is only the start. Some will assume it’s a ramp, but take a day off and read what information is out their, I would start by reading what Mike Brenner has shared and then tell me any differently with a reason other than current revenue. If we assume that an update next week is highly probably given NR’s upcoming visit to China, this week the shareprice could be north of 200p, let alone 100p. It all depends on the content of an RNS and whether the market will be drip fed or let loose. GL, I have sadly been wishing my weekend away in excitement of this coming weeks activity :-)

I have been looking at this for a while now and missed the opportunity to buy this back when they were 14p due to financial commitments elsewhere, however, based on today�s RNS, this would appear to be the game changer. Historically my investments have been in O&G but this investment cannot be ignored. It is extremely difficult to value at this early stage but based on today�s market cap of �130m odd, the upside potential is massive.

Hi Gary, Appreciate the coverage and my post wasn�t personal. My frustration with the article was the following: The seismics SAVP inherited has been extended to include 3D over the prospects it is set to drill. It is the 3D seismics that led to CNPC recording a 76% success rate from 127 exploration wells. Discoveries along trend share the same trap and seal configuration as the prospects in R3 East recording a 93% success rate along strike, around R3. The Agadem rift basin is in the lowest 25% cost quartile in the world. Each well is only set to cost between $5/8m per well with the first prospects to be drilled close to existing infrastructure. Savp will also be looking to bid for a marginal field in Nigeria with bidding expected early 2018, opening up a hole new licence for exploration and development as well as looking to convert its existing 2C resources with the next few years. The association of Nigeria with OPEC is largely irrelevant to SAVP at this point as a majority of Seven Energy�s production is gas with fixed price contracts in place supplying 10% of electricity to the national grid (product supplied locally, not exported). This income is gaurenteed by a Partial Risk Gaurentee (historical 0 default), therefore SAVP current future income has a low correlation to the price of oil, this will change in the future and oil production is set to increase following the removal of a bottle knock to existing production. Risks associated with Nigeria are unavoidable, but since 2014 it�s gas production had a 94% uptime (from top of head), impressive considering the Militia attack�s during that period. This isn�t an attack at your article, more frustration at how underplayed this company is. This board, up until recently has experienced a torrid of people who were unhappy during suspension and have since sold out and left thank god. It is my opinion that the near term upside is significant, let alone the long. Thanks for reading and for the article regardless. A lot more detail I could go into, but thought I would share a bit more information from the top of my head to prove a point.

Thanks for the link guys. It�s always nice to see a bit of coverage and I think this is only the start of what is to come in terms of coverage, however, what a lazy article. Fair enough he has taken the time to write the article but it is poorly researched and he couldn�t even get Seven Energy�s name right. We should see the Exchange offer this week, momentum is with the share price to the upside. I remain convinced that someone is building a position here unless it�s someone closing a short position. Regarless, I look forward to another positive week.

Confirmed via email today that we will get an RNS confirming details of the exchange offer. Surprised it wasn’t released this week but would expect to see it early part of next week. Great finish at 32.5p today, and a couple more weeks like this and all holders will be above water :-)

Are we likely to see the exchange offer via an RNS? The exchange offer is to remain open for 20 business days, if it isn�t going to be published via an RNS maybe it is already published and the exchange offer is ahead of schedule, could explain why we have seen this shareprice start to rise, ignoring the fact it is majorly undervalued!

I think news is coming. There is more to this rise than meets the eye

If CNPC is intending to invest a further $4b, then I think the chances of securing an asset partner for the Niger assets becomes a formality. I think the first few wells will be drilled by SAVP to enable it to secure a deal on its preferential terms, to go it alone SAVP will have to be drill happy before the expiration of its licences, imo, additional funds will be needed to secure more than one rig and get busy with the drill bit.

Anyway, getting the brain juices flowing again, I�m excited. It�s time to strike while the oil price is hot imo.

What way do you think it will go Z. Pipeline to Chad-Cameroon or Kaduna? The article from November would suggest the Chad-Cameroon pipleine is distinctly possible, 80k capacity. In time, if one of the pipelines starts to bring in dollar income I would think that in time, both export routes will come into play. Especially if oil is found in NE Nigeria in commercial quantities.

Honestly, if a new pipeline, export route can be agreed and built, the value this would present to the Agadem assets is huge imo. A route to market for its product is paramount. It would open up the potential to raise new capital for development of the discoveries. This in itself could drive the shareprice forward.
