Separately, in February 2025 we announced a potential $72.5 million investment in the BNG Contract Area's deep structures from a prominent middle east institutional investor to fund the further development of the BNG Contract Area's deep structures, which if completed would result in the Group's shareholding in the BNG deep structures reduced to 50%.

Approaching $200 million has been spent on the BNG assets of which approximately $120 million has been spent by the Group since 2008, the majority of which on the deep structures. Success with BNG's deep structures would be a transformative event. The $72.5 million third party funding identified to further develop BNG's deep structures would help diversify the Group's risk and allow other projects to be progressed while still maintaining significant upside potential.

A6- Spud Nov 2015 TD 4750m, stopped at 4528m, targeting middle and Lower Carboniferous, A 54m oil bearing interval perforated from a depth of 4450m, perforation needs workover RNS 10/1/2017, Analysis of mud and wireline logs has shown the presence of a hydrocarbon bearing reservoir with a vertical column potentially in excess of 100 meters, In April 2017 the top 60 meters of the 100-meter plus interval were successfully perforated using a different leading international contractor. A chemical treatment at the well is underway 1/12/25 currently seeking to bring well into production RNS 3/12/25

Good morning Lamorna, I guess you would have to ask, are the market makers, making a market? I dont know who controls the MMs, if anyone does, but at the moment they are certainly not encouraging CASP trades to the wider market, the actual trade price sometimes varies quite significantly from the advertised price, there are certain times of the week when you can pick up some incredible bargains, not for 100,000 or 250,000 shares but odd numbers like 61,390 etc etc, as for news, yes we are all waiting for the huge amount of news coming our way, what has been very encouraging is what has been going on during suspension behind the scenes, a lot more than we knew about. PS:- Does anyone have a good Email address for CASP, my recent Emails have gone answered ............ I guess Im just a annoying PI like the rest of us 8-((

Background On 29 May 2018, Caspian Sunrise announced the conditional acquisition of 3A Best Group JSC, an existing Contract Area of some 1,347 sq km located near the Caspian port city of Aktau. 490 sq km of 3D seismic has been shot. 1,327 linear km of 2D has been digitised and reprocessed. C2 reserves, using the Soviet system of classification, of 3.67 million tonnes (approximately 26.8 mbbls) have been assigned to the 3A Best Contract Area. The consideration set out in the sale and purchase agreement ("the Agreement") as announced on 29 May 2018, extended as announced on 13 November 2018 and approved by the independent directors, was for the issue 149,253,732 new Caspian Sunrise shares ("the Consideration Shares") at a notional issue price of 12p per share. This valued 3A Best at a theoretical valuation of approximately $24 million In recognition that the price at the close of business on 18 January 2019 was 6.9 pence per share, all the parties to Agreement have agreed that the same number of Consideration Shares be issued but at 7.0 p closing price, ("the Revision"), thereby bringing the theoretical valuation in line with the actual valuation of some $13.5 million. Updated notes on 802, as usual any mistakes please let me know .... 802:- Spud 2022, planned TD of 5200m (Easy Sandstone) salt layer 3580m-3860m The well is being drilled close the site of a Soviet era blowout and our advisers have provided us with the highest estimate of success for any of our BNG deep wells, struck oil unexpectedly (at 3,900m) above the targeted formation (expected at 4,300m). RNS 30/1/23 The well is now being sidetracked from 2416m to a depth of 4,100m with a further 100m to be drilled to reach that depth. Caspian Sunrise has further announced that the well has flowed for three days at rates fluctuating from 700- 900 bopd on an open hole basis. Stuck pipe, CASP looking for partners

With the renewed enthusiasm and money maybe 802 will be back on the agenda

Somm, 803 looks very good so far........803:- Spud Dec 2023, TD 4500m, Primary target 3950m, secondary 4200m oil detected over 60m 3360m-3420m, above salt layer testing underway of 15m, now flowing at 500bopds Sep 2024, work paused, waiting for licence, in Q4 2024 the oil pressure had increased with oil of good quality seeping to the surface. Estimation licence now extended for a further 2 years allowing development work to resume, a further submission may be made for a 25 year production licence RNS 3/12/25

Still trying to get my head around these different licence designations, as I understand it in Kazakhstan a single licence is issued for exploration and production, however within that licence other licensees are required to fulfill specific work programme commitments outlined in their licence agreements. Failure to do so can impact licence extensions or require the surrender of acreage........ wonder if they need a licence to apply for licences
