A6- Spud Nov 2015 TD 4750m, stopped at 4528m, targeting middle and Lower Carboniferous, From the analysis of wireline logging , gross oil-bearing intervals totalling 127 meters have been identified. These are in two intervals, the first of 72 meters between depths of 4,313 meters and 4,385 meters. The second is of 55 meters between depths of 4,450 and 4,505 meters, A 54m oil bearing interval perforated from a depth of 4450m, perforation needs workover RNS 10/1/2017, Analysis of mud and wireline logs has shown the presence of a hydrocarbon bearing reservoir with a vertical column potentially in excess of 100 meters, In April 2017 the top 60 meters of the 100-meter plus interval were successfully perforated using a different leading international contractor. A chemical treatment at the well is underway 1/12/25 currently seeking to bring well into production RNS 3/12/25

ILS, because without more placing's, everything stops, ALBA do not have an income stream so placing's are the only income, this is why the knowledgeable investors/gamblers on here wanted ALBA to grow organically by monetising the ready dug out and ready to process waste tip and if that wasn't a viable option, why did GF lie to us?

ATP, they wont have to unless the price drops below the nominal value of 0.01p, then placings become a problem, what ALBA needs, is to find Gold, lots of ounces of Gold, resumption of blasting wont add to the bottom line, declaring we have found 100s of ounces per tonne wont add to the bottom line (It may drag a few more gullible people in) what will increase the SP is an RNS saying we have refined 20oz of Gold and we are selling it, loads of people on here quote "Ounces per tonne" including GF its complete and utter tripe, if my little 2g rock has a 1g speck of Gold in it have we found up to 500kg per tonne or have we found 1g? there is Gold there, dig it out, refine it, sell it .......... simple

Indeed SOMM, A6 has the potential to be massive with a 127m pay zone, Im slightly disappointed but not surprised at the lack of response from CASP to my Emails, 8-(( CASP really need to engage with investors/gamblers a bit more

Somm, there are a lot of contradictions going on when you read the RNSs

"We are clearly very pleased with the results from Deep Well A8. We now know that the potential oil-bearing interval extends to 110 meters, which is consistent with our expectations and the corresponds to the interval previously identified at Deep Well A5. We continue to believe that this interval extends across the full 58km2 of the Airsghagyl structure.

That 1500 bopd was against Well 8 ............. that doesn't really tell me much at all, was it 8** or *8, Ill go with you on 801

Just having a read back and collating some info WTF happened to A8? are you telling me this has just been P+A 1500Bopd !!! ............. lots of questions, just no answers

A8- Spud Nov 2018 TD 5300, Targeting, 3 oil bearing intervals, 52.5 meters is of porous oil-bearing rock from a depth of 4,342 meters. A mixture of oil, gas, water and drilling mud flowed to the surface. With the top of the oil-bearing interval at a depth of 4,346 meters and the bottom of the most recent core sample at a depth of 4,456 meters the oil-bearing interval now extends to 110 meters. The pressure in the well has remained strong throughout the process. RNS 27/11/2019 Following acid treatment the well flowed for approximately seven hours, producing at the rate of approximately 1,500 bopd. The flow ended with the well becoming blocked with excess drilling fluid originally introduced during the drilling phase. RNS Dec 2019 Now abandoned ?

Hi Rob, hope you are all OK over in sunny Trumpland, CASP have dropped these little bits of snippets in over the years and then sort of hid them out of the way, like the 100m+ oil bearing interval at A6 found over 8 years back and then .......... lets forget about it......... or should I say, lets hope everyone else forgets about it

Hi BM, you set me a task there, first mentioned 5/11/2018 RNS, you will have to read through the following annual reports as it is expanded upon there, as for wells A1-A4 I have only ever found them on maps of the Airshagyl contract area

A2:- No mention on any maps (Possibly old Soviet era well)

The Company has entered into a contract with a leading international drilling company for up to three new deep wells, A8, A9 & A10. Under the contract the leading international drilling company will be responsible for the first phase of drilling with Caspian Sunrise taking over for the more complicated final phase through the salt layer and the high pressure and high temperature zones expected below the salt layer, until the well reaches total depth.

Hiya Somm, Thats all the info I have ever found on A9/A10, once again little snippets of what is going on in the background, it was only A9 that had any details, with regards to the $72.5m offer for 50% of BNG deeps, its Carver saying that in the report, its in the "Business model" section

Business model

The business model is straightforward. To take assets at any stage of the development cycle and to improve them to the point they contribute to the Group's profitability or that they may be sold on at a profit to provide funding for additional development.

As important as drilling success is judging when to sell. In 2015 we sold the Group's second Contract Area Galaz for $100 million and in 2025 we sold the ageing BNG shallow structures for $88 million.

Approaching $200 million has been spent on the BNG assets of which approximately $120 million has been spent by the Group since 2008, the majority of which on the deep structures. Success with BNG's deep structures would be a transformative event. The $72.5 million third party funding identified to further develop BNG's deep structures would help diversify the Group's risk and allow other projects to be progressed while still maintaining significant upside potential.
