By failing to meet milestones set by McKnight and removing company property against explicit instruction, Alba has effectively terminated its own standing in the project.

McKnight Resources AB has developed the Finnsbo project since 2019.

This post is intended to keep the public and those following our story informed about the situation involving the directors of Alba. We welcome relevant information from individuals who may be able to assist.

Situations like this are extremely rare in the Swedish exploration sector. However, many who have dealt with Alba or one director in particular prefer to remain silent. It is important to note this concerns a very small UK-listed company that does not hold ISP clearance to own or operate exploration projects in Sweden.

Jerimiah, isn't it all part of a BB to have 2 opposing views, while we have the ever enthusiastic Ocelot, Scotalba etc etc, we also have the opposite view of ....... quite a few, to read all of the posts and filter no one is one way to get a rounded view, I fully understand the posters that put a positive spin on everything, I mean why on Earth would you try and destroy a share you have invested in ? however I feel that investors have to realise its GF job to keep things positive and buoyant and maybe slightly economical with the full facts

Crypto, fortunately it would be very easy for ALBA to prove its obligation has been fulfilled, however what is not welcome is a lengthy and costly court case

Why is that then? so many good things to come, have you heard something or got some sort of documentation? or is it just scare tactics

Thanks Prentice, so ALBA does not have permission to process the waste tips, but they own them, I would have thought that is easy money for ALBA

Elir, I have mentioned this many times, however several posters have shed doubt on the ownership of the tips or permission to process the tips, maybe someone could shed light on this situation, 4000 tonnes ready dug out and ready to be processed

However, this requirement to make a mandatory offer under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code can be waived by

the Panel, if (amongst other things) the Independent Shareholders approve a waiver of the mandatory offer

provisions set out in Rule 9 of the Takeover Code. The Independent Directors are therefore seeking the approval

of the Independent Shareholders at the General Meeting, via the Waiver Resolution, for a waiver to be granted

of the obligations that would otherwise apply to the Concert Party in such circumstances. Further details of the

Waiver Resolution are set out in Part IV of this Circular.

When you start reading, you end up thinking WTF .....In connection with the Acquisition, Ordinary Shares are being offered as consideration, which would result in

the Concert Party's holding of Ordinary Shares increasing from 48.49% of the Company's total issued share

capital to a maximum of 52.66% of the Company's total issued share capital. This would therefore trigger the

obligation under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code for the Concert Party to make a general offer to acquire all of

the Ordinary Shares not held by the Concert Party at a price of 4.0p per Ordinary Share

Hi Joe, great find, reading later RNSs, it does look like the seller has opted for the shares at 4p, as there is no mention of the option after that date, again more lack of detail from CASP, thanks for your research
