elir, I am glad you understand that ALBA do not have a "Free ride" with GROC, when GROC needs to grow, it will either be through equity or debt, issue of equity and ALBA doesnt have the same slice of the pie, unless it stumps up the cash and debt, well that speaks for itself, GROC will be worth less and hence ALBAs slice will be worth less, but GROC will need the cash to grow and progress
