Good morning KK, I guess we are going to find out soon, POO still way above $100, even with the Urals discount, CASP is banking serious money, while the Divi will be nice, I wish the BOD would see sense and reinvest the money into the company, I wonder if we will get a chance to do a Dividend reinvestment plan and buy more shares at a discount with our Divi payments ........ If the upcoming news is even slightly good, we are going to see a big rise in the SP from here, a few have had thoughts about it going private, personally I dont think so, along with all the points made by CC, any money they are accumulating from the high POO wouldn't be being dished out in dividends, that would be kept back and dished out later after privatisation, CASP is still a strong buy from me, we are nearly 50% up from this time last year, this time next year? ........... £1 party 8-))

To get the dewatering permit, Alba needs to get a European Protected Species License, and for that they need a HRA(Habitat Regulations Assessment ) When the HRA is good, they get the European Protected Species License, then at last the dewatering permit.
And the usual case for an HRA that is carried out by a competent body is a 12month timeline, Under Regulation 63 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 (as amended) it is the responsibility of a competent authority (i.e. the Local Planning Authority or statutory body such as the Environment Agency) to conduct a HRA. ALBA do not conduct the HRA.

Any way POO could be going over $107 again toady ....$106.86 +0.22 +0.21%, this sis fantastic news for oil producing CASP, look like we will have to wait until the 22nd for news (Hope not!!) remember everything is still to play for here, the shallows, the deeps and the boat trips around the Caspian, money in the bank each day, dividends in the pipeline, we have survived some pretty dire times, but we are still here making a huge amount of money.
