First dividends

Economic and financial uncertainties over the past few weeks led us to review the start date for the commencement of dividends. However, based on the current position it remains our intention as set out in the 2021 audited accounts published in June, to commence dividends payments in H2 2022.

And we bought more stuff ...... Block 8

We are pleased to announce the intention to acquire Block 8, a producing Contract Area located approximately 160 km from BNG, for a maximum consideration of $60 million, payable in cash from the future production from Block 8 at the rate of $5 per barrel of oil produced.

Im happy with that ..... Bottom line Profit after tax

Profit after taxation was approximately 211% higher at $7.3 million (2021: $2.4 million).

Gooland, this is why Parys mountain is such a good asset, its not just a "1 trick pony" Copper mine, just the Gold alone is worth many multiples of the entire AYM capital, add to that the ZINC, Lead and Silver its just sat there waiting to be dug out.

sharehuzzarski, I think you may be targeting your delusional post at the wrong person there, I fully support AYM in their goal to bring Parys mountain back to life, I had many personal conversations with Bill and Emailed him quite regularly, I also have had a few of 1-1 conversations with Danesh about financing and the way forward , this latest site visit was the 1st one I have ever missed, I personally know Brent and I am still waiting to get my ar5e into gear and call in to his house for a cuppa !! as for "Grannies pocket money" ha ha ha that made me laugh 8-)) Myself and Brent have been personally targeted by the Gordon Brown idjits for our unwavering support of AYM, so just looking back at your very recent posting history on AYM, I would recommend you do some research on Divermikes history with AYM or ask just ask Brent, as I have said I cant wait to get back in AYM and almost feel guilty Im out, this company has huge, huge potential, massive resources, mining rights in place, ready and willing work force, full Government support, the thing is I wrote the same thing 5 years ago when I had a very nice 7 figure sum of shares .............. over to you newbie sharehuzzarski

OK, now the dust has settled, did anything concrete come out of the site visit? ie Timelines etc like on the 29th Feb we start clearing the site for the helical incline or the "Jumbos" will be delivered on the 31st of November, its great having ideas, plans and ambitions, but I really want to get back in soon when we have a "Copper bottom" guarantee of some real progress, we have seen the core samples, we have seen the upturned hull model, we have seen the refining plant area, with the plans for the associated tunnel under the B5111, we have seen the Morris shaft, The winding gear, the head frame we have talked endlessly about shipping out to refiners by road, sea and rail, we have seen the plans for the Helical incline and which zones will be targeted 1st, I guess we have all looked at QME mining website, but what we appear to be missing is a timeframe, some accountable milestone dates
