DanRey - sounds right-ish, except I think they won't be able to convert all of them at that price as that would give them more than 30% of the company. We ought to get a sense for Mint's MO / behaviour soon I presume...ie to see if they're in a mad rush to convert or are happy to sit and wait.

AMug, I agree, it's tiring. Many of us agree and are optimistic on the company, but 100% as much as we have de-rampers on this board, we have rampers. And as is the theme in the current world both sides are pushing to the extreme. Would be nice to have a balanced board.

If memory serves it was a lesser of pricing mechanism. ie lesser of a fixed number calculated around day of issue (there was something like an X% discount by a 125% uplift...of something like that) and the price around conversion date. But that was from reading a while back and have read other CLNs since then, so may have confused terms!

I don't expect us now to get any news for a week or 2 at least. No real evidence to support that other than I don't think you can release an RNS indicating lots of cheaper options to a director...and then a few days later release an RNS that bounces the share price. So my view is another couple of weeks of silence.

Is MH worth 36m options? Well if he doubles the the share price from where it's at now...that's still not a decent Rothschild bonus and that would have been annually. And he's only going to get it after a few years. For it to be a decent bonus, he needs the share-price to more than 5x 6 x at least (in my old investment banking brain...but maybe I'm out of touch though!). And with that view as to his greed...that cheers me up on potential.

Folks...my 2 cents for the moment:
- EL if it's coming isn't the next news we hear.
- Vlad's focus is on the guaranteed funding from CLN's so he can trigger all of the next steps they RNS'ed
- I expect they're finalizing the prospectus this week / getting ready to draw Tranche 1 of the CLNs
- Next RNS to indicate the draw has happened for a timeline to the draw that is short term
- Once CLN's drawn, I expect fairly regular RNS'es as each of the product lines start being nudged forwards...that's assuming they've got the head-count to manage moving all of the potential products forward simultaneously

And then maybe we hear on EL amongst all of that.

PHC did suggest that the prospectus was still being worked on / drafts being circ'ed and could potentially be completed this week.

Just to feed back - useful chat with PHC on CLN's. Some comments - not necessarily new to some:
- Vlad needed more money than they thought they could raise via equity.
- Mint allegedly funded by wealthy Canadian billionaire
- Notes convertible and tradable immediately as the RNS indicates. View is Mint will trade some of them.

In essence Vlad is backing himself and so are we, so the convertibility is what it is. The suggestion that a HNW is behind Mint is comforting to me as an HNW of the magnitude mentioned isn't likely to be chasing a £10m gain from messing around with a small share. Instinct is motives are aligned with Hemo ie doing good, building a number of successful products.

We just need patience.

As Trump exits the WH Vlad announces that the GlobalCo is Trump Pharmaceuticals.

FYI - speaking with PeterhouseCap on Weds about these. I fired off a question to the investor relations chaps a while back and they sent it onto PHC who are happy to have a chat. Only asked one question, so likely to only get a response on that.

Ironically it would likely be a legal expert, possibly even calling themself a lawyer, who's telling him he can't use the name and to continue with the position of using GlobalCo as the reference. I'd rather they spend their money now on deal lawyers rather than digging into confidentiality clauses from an old agreement.

Happy with the RNS, look forward to the next one. The thing that will pickle our brains will be when we start asking ourselves whether Vlad's tweets really were about the presidency or this RNS...

Joe I agree with you. I'm OK as long as there isn't significant cash outflow on it as it is news, and we're continually asking for updates. But yes, it does sound like some fluff for the moment. After reading the RNS I presumed the share would end flat today - let's see. Not condemning them for it as I'm sure there's more news likely to trickle through on other areas...but if it suddenly goes radio silent for 2 months, it will start to feel a little deja vu.
