Exactly, these throw away statements with no back up. Sorry but i could no longer hold my tongue but still keep keep seeing these comments unchallenged.

I am very aware of world politics, What i don't appreciate is these throw away comments that some make trying to make out they know what these governments are doing behind the scene. The truth of the matter is Russia has invade a country and causing mass destruction and poor innocent people are being killed as a result. Including Russian soldiers. All for the sake of a paranoid tyrant on a ego trip. As im sure you are aware Ukraine was once part of the kingdom of Poland before becoming part of the Russian empire.

Lets keep to facts and not conjecture. This is a forum for EUA share chat full stop.

In my opinion the BOD simple have to ride this out and respond once the conflict is resolved, which ever ending that is and then we will see where we are with this share.

Are you employed by the kremlin? If that was the goal of the USA for this proxy war as you say then why did Putin sorry Russia go to war? Would that not make Putin look very very foolish. He may be tyrant but one would not say foolish.

What a pointless comparison. There share price is no where near that now! and they got to such heights because of pandemic so totally different scenario to EUA. The World needs the stuff EUA has for the future. Some pathetic attempts to run this company down.

I will have to go through the earlier RNS's but I was under impression that UBS fee was centred around a sale happening i.e. no sale no fee so you argument would seem so what irrelevant, a bit like your posts in general. Can i suggest you stop making off the cuff remarks and actually make points that start a conversation and do not make those who have done there research and taken a position laugh.

Interesting questions or if no sold how much do we have in stock. This is only my thought but part of any potential deal may be that EUA keep on mining but build up stock of the metals so any buying company can claim this, obviously the sale price would reflect that.

Just my thoughts and would be good to see factual report of what we have in stock / what has been sold.

Some will see this as a stupid post but for the sake of clarity for the novices can the well established advise on this.
- When a share is sold who buys the share? So for example if PI sells 5K shares but no PI's or II's want to buy the shares what happens i.e. can the share still be sold and who is buying these shares?
My simple head says for some one to sell something someone else has to be willing to buy? Am i looking at this to simply?

Ragsrob it is a serious question. Not sure what you do for a living but typically part of due diligence would be to run the numbers. Why are some people so concerned about relevant questions being asked? These are the details that ultimately will dictate which way this goes in the end. Not assumptions or words like substantial. I am invested and will hold to the end but i can not sit here and say what will happen based on the current info but only make an assumption which i am and which tells me to hang in. That said we are still allowed to ask questions.

mac4671 thanks for the response and further info. I am a LTSH and see the potential we just need everything to fall in to place. I do feel the BOD are handling this in a constructive way. Just look at Bacanora, where they are being potentially being sold for what appears a meagre fee. BOD are not standing still and progressing company to keep adding value. Always have a plan B!

Does any one know if EUA BOD has released a forecast for projected earnings based on the current producing mine(s) and for the other potential mines with start dates? Trust this info may be available and apologies if i have missed it , but if these details have not been produced this may be a reason why the market is holding back. Just my thoughts.

How long will it take to get a JORC report?

I'm a long term share holder. But would love to understand what the maximum output of the proposed mine(s) could be if in full production. As i see it this is what any potential buyer would be looking at. This is an open pit mining with what i understand to be a short window for mining activities i.e. not all year round. (happy to be shown wrong here). so as I see it BOD need to be able to demonstrate that the mine(s) can be run to produce X amount of millions per year. We all know that the vast amount of materials in the ground but if it is not viable to remove said materials in a timely fashion then the mine can only produce a certain value and thus dictate value. I would like to think this is being discussed by the BOD and that they are working on this / showing the target / projected mining plan and that it is viable. I have been invested here sub 1p so cant really complain but invested based on the fact i thought this had greater value and i still do. Like all of us just waiting for the details to drop which will dictate which way this goes.

These are my thoughts based on construction background and noting that no matter what you are sitting on, if you can only extract a certain value per year that ultimately dictates your true value.
