And if they are not buying and pulled out of discussions the BOD would of had to advise the market.

My take on this is as follows.

If the JORC report did not reflect what the initial findings inferred and mine was not viable buyer(s) would still not be at the table. As such think it fair to say buyer would of pulled out and the company would of had to inform the market. So the JORC report must have something of substance to facilitate this protracted discussion. I would find it very hard the Buyer is merely kicking the can down the road so the EUA BoD can keep claiming a salary.

Although i want this to conclude sometimes in life things take longer, just ask the Russian war room where they did not think they would be in this position after more than two years.

Suggest you do some research. it is affecting multiple companies. so EUA BOD are not alone.

Although not ideal, which i agree on that, there is an issue that is affecting more companies than just EUA.

See the clowns are out in force. There are a number of AIM companies who have suspended the shares today. Understand there is a issue with number of auditors which has not helped.

also the RNS wording is standard across the board as i can see. Please do research before making throw away comments.

Magnum.PI, did they not have or a similar large amount of shares before you invested? If so you made the choice to invest. Sounds like at one point that stance suited you?

I believe the location of EUA assets is the major factor here that they are keeping head below the parapet. I could well be wrong.

Well all i can say to that is point proven you can belittle the company but not put your money where your mouth is. Shares can go up or down did you not read know that. I took a position knowing there where risks and i do think that the war has had a major impact on the way this is playing out. I still think there is potential here but not sure which way it will go. All i would say is people playing games and running down the BOD / company do not help matters. If you don't like and don't feel things will get better get out, otherwise be quiet and ride it out.

CALLS, you make me laugh, it is a case of put you money (or shares) where you mouth is, why would you hold on to shares that you perceive as going to fail. That is bad business sense surely? Which then says more about you guys than anyone else i feel.

I table this proposal. Those parties who post on here and that are adamant that this share is only going down (according to them) that they transfer all there shares to me as there is no point keep hold of something which you feel so strongly about is going to fail is there.

If they do sell I will donate 50% from the sale of them shares to a charity chosen by this group. Now those doom and gloom parties (and you know who you are) will no doubt say no to this although the company is heading no where. So what does that say about there statements if they do not have the conviction of their claims?

ExMs anyone who buys shares based on comments made on a platform has bigger problems in my opinion.

Like I said what about the individuals who are constantly slating the company that are also making throw away comments to suit there narrative? Remember from what you imply they could also be a situation where people sell there shares based on those negative comments and the company gets sold and they lose out! Remember shares can go up as well as down.

I just think if you are going to attack a comment, attack the comment not the person. Keep it professional as otherwise based on you only attacking a positive position (weather it right or wrong) it could construed you have an agenda

ExMS, For balance here and based on your approach to Sharebel should you not have issues with those posters that simply run the company down? Otherwise your views could be considered one sided. I trust you will respond to the posters who just say negative things all the time? One would not like to think you have an agenda.

Are the BOD not some of the larger shareholders? So to say they don't have share holder value at heart seems some what silly. Appreciate they get a salary for their role(s) but the real money for them is in selling EUA. The more they sell for the more they make. is that not the case?

Scottydogg, I've lost track how many times you guys have said the company will go to the wall and deal will not happen. So that works both ways. Things take time and with the pandemic, war and just general government admin things take time. EUA BOD have always stated sale is not guaranteed, just like any deal is not guaranteed until the contracts are signed. But from my perspective any interested party would of walked by now if the stuff was not worth the cost to dig it up. When / if it sells only time and we just have to wait or if you cannot wait sell up and move on.
